Hello everyone, we currently want to display the Bill of Materials Hierarchy in Celonis.The issue with that is, that the hierarchy is not present in any SAP-Table. But instead in the related tables MAST and STPO.I have the MAST which has BOM and Material (component) relationship which needs to be traversed to STPO with the BOM-Nr. to identify the compenents and each component may be split into sub materials and new BOMs which needs to be looked up in the MAST for its BOM again and it goes on and on. Up to 4 levels deep.So the 4th level has no relationship to the first level. This recursive issue with inputing the results from MAST into STPO into MAST into STPO… is not possible in the FrontEnd (I assume).I am going crazy with knowledge models and action flows, the documentation is absolutely horrible. So it probably needs to be done in the data model itself. Additionally we want to add the Vendor from open orders from the EKPO. So we can filter for a material and for a vendor to so the
Col 1 and Col 2 are the two columns in the OLAP table I'm attempting to generate.Where Col 1 from Table A can have 0 or many values associated from Col 2 of Table B.The cardinality of Tables A and B is (1:N). Currently in place-Values in Col 1 of Table A that have no value associated with Col 2 of Table B are excluded from the OLAP table. What I hope to accomplish-Values in Col 1 should be shown, and values that have nothing related with Col 2 of Table B should have (Null/-) displayed in front of them. The Join Functionality of Celonis does Left Outer Join, and considers the (N) side table (Table B) on the Left Side implicitly, while I want it to be the other way round. Thank You! Regards,Priyank

I am working on a script in PyCelonis to search assets and compile a list of the data models/Knowledge models that the assets are using, with the aim of non manually figuring out which DM/KMs are currently in use by production assets. Using PyCelonis I have been able to navigate down to the asset level and find lots of information for each asset, but have so far not found anywhere that you can identify the DM/KM an asset is built on. The “.dict()” function provides a lot of information and I thought would be the intuitive place to include this kind of information but it is nowhere to be found, except when the asset is a view and the KM gets referenced in the yaml code that is provided in “.dict()” Does anyone know if this is information that we can pull from PyCelonis? And, if so, how to find this information on the asset level? Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi, I am trying to query data in Celonis module in the Action flow . However, I have requirement to split the data into two paths and then prepare a csv and then merge it back into one using a text aggregator. Is there a module that can merge paths in action flow. Or is there a way to split data based on filters and merge or append it into one file
Hello, I am trying to create an ActionFlow for updating augmented attributes but its keeps giving me errors. The operation failed with an error. 400: Failed to update augmented attribute. Failed to query engine to map identifier from one value to separated columns. Unknown query engine failure I created an augmented attrobute in legacy views with a unique identifier. Now in the ActionFlow I do all my selections with the correct identifier: And I get the correct result in the input: But it doesnt update the augmented attribute due to the error: As you can see the identifier is the same. What am I doing wrong here?
Hello crowd,I need your swarm knowledge for this issue:I selected July + August in date picker, which is 9 calendar weeks.My objective is to calculate the average sales orders per customer per calendar week.You can see it in my screenshot. One customer per line, count of sales orders and count of calendar week where sales orders are created.The challenge is, that not every customer is ordering in every week.My question is: How do I get the total number of calendar weeks (9) from the date picker in my formula?I would like to divide the “number of orders” by the “total calendar weeks from date picker” and not by the calendar weeks in which the order was placed.Best, Thomas

Hi Community, while using Send Email action in Views table, there are 2 options:Launch default email program and Send from serverbut second option is disabled and status is ‘In Progress’ (unable to select it and proceed with this option). what’s the meaning of this? is it a permission issue or what?please check attached image as well.

Hi,is it possible to resend invitation after 14 days of unaccepted invitation, as using “Sharing invitation” task is not working. It is showing message “only user with pending status can be selected” but I selected exactly those users. Would be good if I can resend invitaiton with one click, rather than using blue button “invite new users” and type all emails again..Thanks.
