I have registered and trying to upload a CSV, i am not able to see the data . The window is so small with no scroller, I am not sure if this is a browser compatibility issue or I have access issue on the free platform. How to resolve it ?

How to use free plan environment with own data from a file?

Hello! I'm having trouble understanding how to use the training / free plan environment with my own data. There is a guided tour that uses demo data set, I went through the beginning of it but don't understand how to create a project with my own data... I have a CSV file with an event log example. This is what I have tried so far. Go to Studio, create a new package, first step is "Choose Data Model". There is no option to upload a file and only the demo models are available on the list.Go to Business Miner. It shows a message about "Setting up Project Workspace", click Let's Get Started. Select Process Type = Other. This takes me to a screen that has "Choose your Data Model" and it has an "oops" message (see screenshot) saying to "contact your admin". There is no "admin", I'm just by myself trying to learn things... Click on Data, then Data Integration. This shows some kind of diagram with an item "Connect

Dear AllGreetings,I would like to get advice from the expert/team support. Regarding the data sources, how I can proceed with multiple databases if the MSSQL needs to login into a different Jump box (Server)?Hope I can get the guidance. Thank You.

Some of our databases used Windows authentication instead of the self-Instance/user name & password on each database. The process is, I need to login to Jump box (Server) and login to the database (MSSQL) with different Windows authentication (not just my user name) Your help & guidance is highly appreciated. Anonymization and Pseudonymization

Hi together, In Celonis Snap it seems that the Anonymization & Pseudonymization feature is locked. Just out of interest, how exactly does the feature look like in the enterprise edition? So it is possible to a.) anonymize (not possible to trace back / recover), and b.) pseudonymize e.g. with custom string or hash (possible to trace back / recover) ? In particular I would like to know whether its possible to trace back information of pseudonymized columns. Thank you in advance! Best regards, Daniel

I would like to see all the activites where there is a noise in the timestamp with the values 00:00:00 as the time. What is the PQL for that?I tried things like and it didnt't work

How can attributes be grouped in diagrams?
