Who should sign up?

Celonis XRC is open to everyone, including current customers and partners, potential customers, and students. We invite individuals from top executives to end users to share their experiences and insights. You don't need to be a Celonis expert; we are also looking for those new to Celonis to help us enhance their experience.

What types of studies will I participate in?

We conduct a variety of research projects, each unique. Examples include interviews with researchers about your Celonis experience, testing new products and providing feedback, and participating in beta programs. A typical study lasts 30-60 minutes, and we always notify you in advance. No preparation is usually required.

How are participants selected?

We'll contact you if we believe you’re a good fit based on your registration form responses. If more information is needed, we may send you an additional screener survey. All information is kept confidential and used solely for user research. Your details are never shared for marketing purposes, and you'll only hear from us regarding an upcoming study.

How often will I be contacted for research?

We aim to contact you no more than once a month.

What if I have questions before accepting a research invitation?

We’ll always let you know who the researcher is, and how to get in touch with them if you have any questions or concerns before participating.

What’s in it for me?

Your input drives the development of our products and services, and for some studies, you'll be rewarded with a gift card as a thank you for your time and effort.

I’ve been invited to a study that I’m not suitable for, can I recommend someone else at my organization?

Absolutely. If you receive a study invitation that isn’t suitable for you, feel free to forward it to someone else in your organization who might be a better fit.

How can I opt out?

You can unsubscribe any time from Celonis Experience Research Center invitations via a link at the bottom of each email or by emailing experienceresearch@celonis.com.
