Hello, for a complex formula, I need to substract two percentages in order to multiply it afterwards However, the formula including a filter is successful and consistent for a Count but not for an Avg (the result is inconsistent, far from the to-be result) :   Also, I tried to put the filter in a Case When where I obtain the percentage thanks to a division between the ‘Change Items’ (= Count) and the ‘PO Items Not Auto’ (= Count_Table’) but I have the error :    Please note that my client has the OnPremise Celonis, therefore some functions available on the Cloud may be not available here. Any help would be the most welcome, thank you and have a good day ! Best regards

When to build an extractor from scratch and when to use uplink connections differentiate?

Is there a way to calculate the throughput time also for negative values (activites in different order) than start -> end in "throughput time search" visualization?Like also having end -> start included in the same visualization, if there are variants that follow different order of activities.The default of "throughput time search" is to only show variants that follow the defined order.My work-around was to create custom datetime columns for the two activities in the case table, and then just use datediff calculation between two columns. But it seems rather clumsy way, and also binning is required to make it look nice..Thank you for comments

I am not able to interpret why trigger tables are used. Data that will be extracted on real time, doesn't it automatically be refreshed in all tables?

Hi, I'm working on a first time fix calculation. The function flags a case, if there is a new case for the same serial number within 7 days. What I found out, is that the PQL window functions (such as Index_Order / Lead / Lag) are not taken into account any filters (even not on analyis level in the 'Load Script' area) or Selections. This is quite disturbing, since we use some filters to simplify the data set.  A workaround that I applied, is to include the filters also in the First Time Fix formula, but this is not preferably, since we have to state them twice, which could lead to mismatching when applying changes in the future (Load script section doesn't accept variables).  Is there a way to let window functions incorporate already present filters in the analysis?  Next to that, the behavior is quite unclear since the index is based on data that is not shown in the analysis when a 'Load Script' analyis filter is applied. Hello everyone,here is my case: I am using SAP table CRMD_ORDERADM_H as case table. I am using PU_SUM to have an OLAP table column with the sum of CRMD_ORDERADM_I.NET_VALUE grouped by CRMD_ORDERADM_I.HEADER (case id). I am using a dropdown to filter for CRMD_ORDERADM_I.ORDERED_PROD. It works in so far that the table only shows cases, where at least one item has the selected PROD, but the sum stays the same.I would like the filter to be applied to the sum.In case you are not familiar with SAP tables - I added a mock up of what I am trying to do.Have you got any ideas how I could accomplish that?Thanks in advance!

What are the different types of Extractor in Celonis?

Hi, I want to apply a component filter to an OLAP table. The table initially contains only the case key and the event time. The filter should ensure that only the cases from the last month are displayed. I find the date of the last case with MAX("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES". "EVENTTIME"). Then I subtract one month with ADD_MONTHS(MAX("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES". "EVENTTIME"), -1). Up to this point everything works. If I then set FILTER "_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES". "EVENTTIME" > ADD_MONTHS(MAX("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES". "EVENTTIME"), -1) as the component filter, it tells me of course that you can't apply a MAX function in the filter.  Is there a way to solve the problem anyway? Thanks a lot! Many greetingsLukas

I am building an analysis.I have a period Filter :( YYYY-MM ) format.While I choose a Period I get to see KPIs specific to that period , but the requirement is , even if I select a specific period, same KPI should show me 2 different values , 1. For the specific period choses 2. KPI value since beginning till date , it should ignore the Period filter value chosen. These two Same KPIs to be placed side by side on the same screen. Can we do this ? If yes, then How ?RegardsAyan

Hello,We have an AR project and I have installed Data jobs from the EMS store. It got some errors. I looked up logs and found out it is about KNB5. AR_KNB5 view was not even being created because it says no relation of KNB5. I looked at ECC and saw that KNB5 table is empty. Does empty tables are not being extracted ?
