Can anyone please give me the explanation about their difference with respect to a business point of view. Like if a client asks why you are showing me case frequency and activity frequency for change price. That what should we say?

when you're looking at Change Price on a case level means that the activity is happening at least once in that case, the business point of view can be seen as how many cases need manual work. On an activity frequency we're looking more at how many times it happens in a single case to individuate if there's rework.
