Hi all,  is it possible to merge operations to one? For example I want one csv and not two (see attached image). The reason for that is, that I don't want to make multiple http request. It would be better to send only one request.  Thank you!

Hi All, I have a quick question and I tried to find out on Celonis help but could not. I am trying to create an action flow which can access different data models to make a consolidated report (we have multiple instances of SAP)SO instead of creating 5 different action flows, I am planning to implement only one. I have a situation were depending on the result of the Query Data (17) I need to filter on either the Inbound Branch or Outbound or either for a particular branch, for the next data query. I keep getting a Syntax error, the documentation was not helpful.Can this be done ?

Exclusive Task Actions Hi all, Does anyone know if it is possible to implement exclusive actions of a created task within a skill? See attached image for a situation I'm currently using. Is it possible to make the actions you select exclusive? Hey Celopeers Community, We have created an Action Flow to send emails out to external customers. The testing works fine for an amount of Emails around 350. The moment we go above the number of 500 Emails, the Action Flow fails (even when the run time is below 40min) or not all Emails are sent out properly.Have any of you had that problem already? It would be great if you could share how you solved it or if you implemented a work around. Thanks in advance.Cheers, Lisa

We have form set-up where the user can enter multiple input fields. Ones the form get submitted via a button component we want to tigger an automation, which automates multiple actions. Along the automation there could be multiple reasons why it's failing. Goal is to expose to the user once the form was submitted if the automation was successful or not. If it was not success due to some predefined business criteria e.g. "exceeded a limit" we want to expose this to the end user. What is the best way to do that?

I've created an action flow (pictured below) and have queried data based on an analysis I've built. When creating an analysis you have the option in the table for Distinct Values however obviously that's not an option in Action Flows. How can I ensure the data I'm pulling is only showing distinct values?

Hi there,I have an analysis, that can be dynamically adapted with the help of variables, and I would like to create an Action flow (or skill) that sends a pdf Report of the analysis in different configurations. While the "Create PDF Report" module has an option to set filters, I was unable to find a way to set variables for the analysis.As a workaround i currently create copies of the analysis/sheets, save them in the desired state and use them to create the pdf. However, I would appreciate if someone knows a cleaner solution. Best regards,Joshua

Hi, I am in the middle of deciding on automation steps and want to understand difference between action engine and action flows.

Microsoft 365 Excel in Action flow - After creating a table in an action flow, how do I name the columns? When I create a table, the columns are named Column1, Column2, Column3 etc. I am able to fill the rows with data from the Celonis Query but it would be great to name the columns. "Update Worksheet row" does not work for the first row, where the headers are and even if I select Table has no header. Add worksheet row requires a table on the sheet, so it does not allow me to change the top row. What can I do?

How to make 'Create CSV' Action Flow module create column as float rather than string? Numbers always get wrapped in double quotes which causes the back-end to interpret them as strings rather than floats. How to get these numbers recorded w/o the " "?

Hi, Is there a way I can have a central repository of variable that can be used across Action Flows? Ex : I may have a variable with a 'Client ID' - I'd like the same client id to be used across multiple packages/Action Flows.  How can I achieve this? I see there options within an Action Flow to 'Set Variable' -but that is just for that specific Action Flow - and not something that can be shared with other Action Flows. Thanks,Bhasker

Hi, In the Set Variable module in my Action Flow, the 'If' expression below evaluates to 'A' whereas it should evaluate to 'B'. Where am I going wrong? if(1=2; A; B)  Thanks !Bhasker

What is the difference between Skills and Action flow? Can we perform any action in action flow based on the signals we receive from Analysis?
