File already exist in the folder with data but the fie is not loading in the celonis action flow module, attached the error screenshot

Since this connector uses Office365 I would expect that the files are stored in OneDrive. Microsoft Excel Online shouldn't have acces to your local folders, unless they are synced with OneDrive.
Let me know if the file becomes visible.
