Design Pattern : Using action Flows to write data into the data pool.

Hi Team,

As per the process mining concepts we need to use action flows for taking actionable insights outside the celonis EMS.

This would essentially mean writing back to ERP's or sending emails and so on...

In some of my discussions i have seen that there are suggestions to use Action flow for writing back into celonis EMS.

Like writing the data back from action flow into the data pool and then again refreshing data model to use that data.

As a recommended strategy should action flows write back into the Data pool?
