One of our user has been facing an issue where she can export the data using "export data" option whereas when she selects "export cases" it shows as generated and finished but download doesn't start. Any particular reason for this?

Note: In this scenario, the size of the data being retrieved is very small compared to cases from an OLAP table and i have found that her system has only 2gb of storage left. The cases export is roughly 30mb of size(based on the extraction done from my end).
