Action Flow fails or sends it incomplete when more than 500 Emails are involved to be send out

Hey Celopeers Community,

We have created an Action Flow to send emails out to external customers. The testing works fine for an amount of Emails around 350. The moment we go above the number of 500 Emails, the Action Flow fails (even when the run time is below 40min) or not all Emails are sent out properly.

Have any of you had that problem already? It would be great if you could share how you solved it or if you implemented a work around.
