Augmented Attribute Tables - store historic data of a worklist with a timestamp

Hello everyone, I want to build a worklist in Celonis with exception messages that purchasers should process. New exception messages should be marked with an augmented attribute (Status: NEW). I also have another augmented attribute - Comment field. I now want to store every changes made manually (change status from e.g. NEW to in Clarification or changes in comments) into a table as this table is needed to train an AI model. Is this possible - has anyone made experience with this and is willing to share their experience? Thank you! Best regards, Julia Bauer

Calculation / duration between a start and a list of possible events?

Hi, how can I achieve a calculation with an OR / INLIST('RESOLVED','RESTORED') This formula is not working. Do I need to construct a case when first? The main differences between using the FILTER_TO_NULL and not using it in a PU function.

Can you explain the main differences between using the FILTER_TO_NULL and not using it in a PU function. When I send an email to Gmail with Celonis' Send Email feature, the link is deleted and I cannot access the link.

We are extracting data in the Action Flow, formatting the text content of the email using the Excute Process Automation Skill, and then using the Send Email Skill to send the email using the Celonis email server. I have a question here. In the "Excute Process Automation Skill" settings, I have entered the text information I want to convey in "mail_text" and the extracted information assembled in an HTML table. In this text information, I have written a hyperlink (HTML) to link to the Celonis analysis. We sent it to our own email address (Gmail) for test transmission, but the result is that only the link tag has been removed. Only the text enclosed by the link tag is displayed. In other words, only text without a link is displayed. In the log of the sending skill, it is sent as described in the tag. Is it possible to delete the link tag on the Gmail side when the test is received on the Gmail side? (I am assuming that Gmail side parses the HTML and may alter the tags.) I thought it woul

Hello Everyone,I am trying to create a filter for a site which can be filtered at global, country, region... level as well.

I have created a KPI to rank all plants based on their Invoice value. I also added two filters to this KPI - one for the top 20% of plants and the other for the remaining plants. Although these filters work as intended at the global level, they do not generate accurate numbers when applied to a specific country or region. How can I resolve this issue

The issue is that even after removing other dropdown options that are causing the error, we are still seeing that field as a dropdown option. Best Practice for Handling Large File Transfer with SFTP Module in Action Flows?

I am having issues transferring data to an SFTP server from a Celonis Action Flow and am wondering if anyone has advice/best practice on how to mediate: Twice a week, we are attempting to send data to an SFTP by aggregating the data to JSON & sending it as a .json file to an internal SFTP server via the SFTP module in action flows (string below). Unfortunately, we get the below error with the SFTP module with respect to our internal SFTP server when the .json file size gets to around >10KB. Everything I've seen below that size seems to process as planned. See below for a successful execution (usually for file sizes < 10KB): Our current error handling is to send the file to myself and I handle the transfer manually, but would appreciate insight if any others have experienced this issue/would be willing to share a solution that doesn't error out on larger files. How to fix the Data Model Load Error --&gt; "AUTOMERGE: Stopped traversing join graph at activity table ["ActivityTbl_1"]. Is this activity table associated with the wrong case table?"

I have 1 case table and 3 activity tables in the data model. Its a Multi-event log model. All are connected with SalesOrder#. Case tale is 1:N with all the 3 Activity tables. The problem is, if I enable the ' EventLog AutoMerge' and then if I run the Data Load, I am getting the error as "AUTOMERGE: Stopped traversing join graph at activity table ["ActivityTbl_1"]. Is this activity table associated with the wrong case table?". AUTOMERGE: Stopped traversing join graph at activity table ["ActivityTbl_2"]. Is this activity table associated with the wrong case table? Performing eventlog automerge, but no eventlog can be merged with the target eventlog." If disable the ' EventLog AutoMerge', then the data load does not throw any error. Can you please help me 1) To resolve the above issue 2) Is it necessary to enable 'AutoMerge' and if yes, why? Hello, I would like to analyse a process that consists of three activities. The process is not complete until all three work packages 1, 2 and 3 are done. In some cases, a work package is missing and I want to find out which package.

For example, work packages 1 and 2 have not been completed, only work package 3, and I can only find out that the process could not be completed and that work package 3 was before the end of the process. Unfortunately, I do not see that work packages 1 and 2 were not completed at all and are the reason for the cancellation of the process. Is there a way to find out in Celonis exactly which work package is responsible for the process not being completed? So that the example shows me that work packages 1 and 2 are responsible. Thank you very much!

Update Table fields through Celonis View

Hi, Let's say, i have a Employee table, with 3 fields, Name, EmpID Location. It has 1000 records. Now, the requirement is, i should keep a OLAP table or something that sort of in View and in should have all the values of these 3 fields. Now, after i created the report and send it to Management, they should have the provilage to change any value in the VIew itself and that should go and update in the Celonis Table itself. Is that possible? Eg: Name, EmpID, Location John , 1000, USA Peter , 1001, UK Henry , 1002, UAE. Now, from the View itself, if the client wants to update the Location of USA to 'America' in the front end itself and press okay, then the values should be updated in the view and underlying Table in the EMS. Is this achievable ?
