first of all it is necessary to create a connection within your Action Flow module.
When it comes to Mail you will need even more authorizations in order to add this connection to your module. E.g when trying to make use of Microsoft O365 Mail your account need specific autorization or you should directly make use of an O365 application that must be created and authorized by your O365 admin.
After that Celonis is checking if your created connection is having the necessary authorizations and than adds it to your Studio package and can be used in any other Action Flow within this package.
In case you are stuggling with setting up your mail connection and just wants to do some testing you can make use of the Celonis E-Mail Skill.
In this case you can send up to 100 mails per day by triggering a Skill out of your Action Flow that sends mails via noreply@celonismail.com
