Rest assured, our developers are on it and will work to implement this feature soon.

Side note,

Bookmarking a question does lead to an email being send out when a reply (Such as the by Elisabeth) is send out. So while you may not be able to directly see bookmarked questions, at least you get notified when someone replies to it.
