What needs to be done to be able to register opportunities on behalf of my organization?

This can be done in your Partner Portal under "Market" > "Manage your opportunities". Here you can register on opportunity on behalf of your organisation.

Thank you for your response. It seems I do not have access to be able to Manage/Create opportunities and the person with admin access has moved out. As a result, I have raised a support ticket to get the right access. However, haven't heard back. Is there any other way we can try?

I assume you have registered this account with your corporate email? If that is the case, then yes, a support ticket is the way to contact Celonis to link your corporate account with the partner portal. If they haven't responded yet, try to make another ticket describing the problem you are facing.

 

If you haven't used your corporate email for Celopeers, then register again selecting "I am a Partner" with your corporate email. Then you should be able to register an opportunity.

Yes, I have registered with my corporate email. As per your guidance, I have raised another ticket.
