I want download 2022-01-13-JDBC_Extractor_Package.zip to verify connection with onpremised system.

 

I tried download this URL, but I get only downlaod.html.

How can I get JDBC_Extractor_Package.zip?

If you open the download.html in your browser, do you see then a download link? Celonis is sometimes using this intermediate step.

I can't see any download link...

only download logo.

note: my browser is Chrome 97.0.4692.71. and OS Windows 10

I can't Download Windows & Linux JDBC Extractor Package.( 2022-01-13-JDBC_Extractor_Package.zip)

but, I can download other Dockerized JDBC Extractor Package in same download page.

It should be direct link to 2022-01-13-JDBC_Extractor_Package.zip file, let me know if that worked.

On my side downloading was working fine with Firefox 96.0.2 (64 bits) and Chrome Version 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Win10.

I tried open commented URL.

but Browser redirect to <my_celonis_link>/help/error/#/forbidden-page

It's 403 Access forbidden page...


The only thing I can think of is that downloading the extractor is restricted for academic purposes. Maybe the help desk can help you with this one!

Hello there - I had the similar issue - I would suggest downloading and then copying or "sending" on the client VM or network.
