Hi I started with my project Quickstart and later changed some tables.Now there was a table Variable made by celonis, which does not work anymore because I changed some tables. How can I change this source: table variable?

 I mean the table which you call <%= unit_name_1 %> etc.

We are trying to form a connection between data warehouse servers (where the ServiceNow data we need is located) and the celonis cloud, but we are not allowed access to the firewall for security policy reasons, so what is the best connection method?

We need to find the best way to form a connection. How do we go about this? Would it be best to do it on-prem and download the extractor server? If so Would a JDBC connector work? But don't we need to open up access to any firewall ports if needed for that-which is a problem in our case-right? We have thought about the ServiceNow connector offered by Celonis however I think we cannot use it due to the firewall issue. Would an extractor builder work? Celoxtractor via python? What alternatives can we use?

What's your best practice?

All, I am asking some basic question to see if experts are doing something different.Question 1) Consider a P2P Process - Do you take PO -OR- PO-Line items while building case key (I take Line item by the way)2) Date filters - Do you use creation date as standard filter or you change it depending on use case, For example, I take PO creation date for generic overview of analysis but for "rework" I take date of rework in rework analysis sheet.  What's you view?Regards,

I am doing training on Implementation Professional course on celonis. I tried to create a Data connection with the same information given by the exercise but it fails with this error while testing a connection. Please let me know how to resolve this.

Hi, Is there a way to modify the treemap component color scheme but use a classification filter instead of the case's quantity?

We are trying to use a treemap which has a color mapping that uses a classification PQL instead of the case's quantity.  Has anyone faced this challenge? Is there a way to modify the color based on a classification? In advance, I appreciate your kindly help.

What are some best practices for Analysing?

I know, this question seems odd at first. I finished modelling and I have big transparency on the process now. I can start analysing using the dashboard. Its just - where to begin?Do I check for Cases, that are not happy path?Do I start improving the happy path runtime by looking for bottlenecks?Should I check which variables influence the propability for the instance to flow in the happy path? I know - generally Process Mining seems to be about discovery. Howevery I want to spend my time efficiently, so I am looking for best Practices, frameworks etc. Am happy for responses and ideas. :-)

Is it possible to check in a "if-clause (case when clause)" whether a specific drop down selection is used or not?

For exmaple: There is a dropdown selection which includes different vendors. I want to create an column chart of the first 5 vendors if no selection of a specific vendor is used. On the other hand if a vendor is selected in a dropdown menu i want to display only that vendor in the said column chart.  Thank you!

Can I create a "dynamic" load script?I'm trying to create a filter for a component which changes depending on the input of the user.

So, I'm trying to implement a filter that changes depending on the input of the user. A button dropdown was included to collect the input of the user, said button contains three options which change the value of a dynamic variable, the possible values for this variable are 0, 1 and 2. Lastly, I wish to filter a component depending on the value of said variable. I tried implementing a load script as follows: FILTER DATEDIFF(mm, VBAK.ERDAT, VBAK.MBDAT) CASE WHEN <%=variable%> = 1 THEN >60 WHEN <%=variable%> = 2 THEN <=60 ELSE ENDThis solution does not work. Any help?

Dynamically change the value of Load Script (Analysis Settings).

I would like to dynamically change the value of Load Script (Analysis settings) using variables. Switching the filter on/off according to one's choice. But, i am not able to achieve it. According to the documentation, variables are not accessible in Load Script. Can anyone suggest how to achieve this.? https://docs.celonis.com/en/load-scripts.html

And I'm installing "Celonis Task Mining" and "Celonis Task Mining - Configuration Editor" on my laptop also. I have some questions:s How I can check the information on my trial license? Hello all. My team is working on an AR process, where we need to associate invoices to the VKORG, VTWEG and SPART fields. But, the S/4 HANA connector's data model does not contain tables with such fields.

Our approach was to link BSEG to the VBRK table in the data model through MANDT and VBELN, but we are unsure about this being the best practice. Any recommendations?

Can I show the number of attributes that are linked to the same case count?

I want to create an OLAP Table or a histogram that shows on the distribution Axis/column the case count per linked attribute and on the Occurence Axis/KPI column the number of distinct attributes that are linked to that specific case count. See the attached OLAP Table as example:I want to create a new table that shows in a first column the second column of the attached OLAP Table. In a second column the new OLAP Table should show the occurences of each distinct number of column two from the attached OLAP table. I indicated with the red numbers on the right the occurence count i expect to be seen in the new OLAP Table (in the new OLAP Table the number 11,040 would only be displayed once in the first column and in the second column would be a 2 because two different vendors are linked to that specific case count).  Can you help me? Thanks in advance.
