hello, I choosed case frequency. One of activity is particular interesting for us. it has two predecessor activities (there is more but lets focus on these two). from them to our activity goes 11372 cases. but the activity shows only 11116 cases

Dear Colleagues, Need your help as we are trying to get the time between one activity occurring more than once (always start) and 3 others that have to occur after the starting activity (same but with different even time)

As you can see below we have Ticket On Hold as always the starting point (with diff event time) and need to calculate the time diff. with the next following activities that can ONLY be - Ticket in Progress / Ticket - Waiting for Issue / Ticket Resolved (first one to occur after starting activity) As you can see from the example below we have to calculate 4 time differences:1) From Start 1 Ticket On Hold to End 1 - Ticket in Process2) From Start 2 Ticket On Hold to End 2 - Waiting for issue3) From Start 3 Ticket On Hold to End 3 - Ticket in Process4) From Start 4 Ticket On Hold to End 4 - Ticket Resolved

How can I obtain the MIN () of column in an OLAP table, which was calculated using aggregate functions?

Hi,I want to calculate the minimum of the following calculated column of an OLAP table: SUM (CASE WHEN "Internal_Contol_BD_KPI"."RESULT_VALUE_2" = 'FAIL'THEN "Internal_Contol_BD_KPI"."CONTADOR"ELSE NULLEND) / SUM ("Internal_Contol_BD_KPI"."CONTADOR") but when I try to apply MIN() to all that expression, the following error occurs: "Aggregate expressions cannot be nested inside aggregate expressions." Then, how can I obtain the minimum of that calculated column? I though a solution may be using PU functions, but since there is only one table in my analysis, it is not possible. Regards

Read_csv reads data all into one column??

Hi, I am currently using the Machine Learning Platform on Celonis to read a csv file using pd.read_csv which has been working perfectly until I had to update it with a new csv file. There's a weird problem where, when I read_csv the file in the Jupyter environment all the data is thrown into one column. It's even more odd because if I view the csv file directly on Excel or by opening it on another tab in Celonis Machine Learning, all the data seems to be formatted correctly into a table. So, I'm not sure why it's suddenly reading everything into one column. Thanks,Terence

How to create a benchmark that compares two time frames?

Hello,I would like to create a benchmark exactly as it is done in the Accounts Payable analysis (found in both the training and the Sandbox), but instead of comparing the Companies (or other attributes) I would like to define two different time intervals. Ideally, I would like to insert two Date Pickers, one for the left part of the sheet and one for the right part, and therefore be able to define two different periods. Dashboard / Studio Question: How to create a histogram chart with all calendar months visible on X-axis, even if no activity is available for a particular month.

I'd like to create a histogram that shows me the distribution of certain activities across a calendar year (Jan to Dec), independent of the year it happened. In other words, if such an activity happened in March 2019 and March 2021, it would count as "2" for March. This simple chart works fine if I have at least one activity for each month of the calendar year, like shown here. However, if I don't have it, like in this case, the chart 'falls apart', like here:I was wondering if one of you had an idea on how I could 'lock in' such a 12 month x axis.(Icing on the cake would be if I could show month names, like Feb, instead of numbers, like 2) Thanks!
