What are some best practices for Analysing?

Question

I know, this question seems odd at first. I finished modelling and I have big transparency on the process now. I can start analysing using the dashboard. Its just - where to begin?

Do I check for Cases, that are not happy path?
Do I start improving the happy path runtime by looking for bottlenecks?
Should I check which variables influence the propability for the instance to flow in the happy path?

I know - generally Process Mining seems to be about discovery. Howevery I want to spend my time efficiently, so I am looking for best Practices, frameworks etc.

Am happy for responses and ideas. :-)
