Have you ever experienced very slow loading of chunks or stops for hours to load a single chunk?

Hi everyone, We are having some problems with the load of data chunks, sometimes its gets too longer to load a single chunk, in the process many times it stops at any point of the execution, its freeze for one hour or more and after continue. Please if someone had face this problem could you tell us what we can do to inprove this stops of execution. Action Flow to Update Celonis new User Onboarding in Excel File of sharepoint

Hi I have following requirement to have ceolins user info. in SharePoint O365 excel file Step1: Download & Upload all Celonis User Information in Excel File in office 365 (Do we have any database table for this user information, like when the onboarding was done, when user was locked and which user groups and permission we assigned to this user, I want to see that information in SharePoint excel file.) Step2: Every Onboarding, off-boarding and locking of user get updated by action flow in Excel file in Office 365. Celonis User Database --> Update in O365 Excel file on any change in Celonis user  ThanksAnimesh

Correct JSON Request Syntax for Sending an Email

This is related to this question: https://www.celopeers.com/s/question/0D50700001vMXJgCAO/distribution-lists-in-action-flows?language=en_US I have been able to figure out how to send to a distribution list, but it is instead using an HTTP Request. This allows our action flow to reference a "no reply" account where we can send within the company. The issue I'm now having is how to attach a PDF while using JSON. This is how my module is currently set up  I have my PDF being converted to a JSON string as can be seen by '9. JSON string'.  Is there a parameter I'm missing in the JSON request? The email can be sent and works correctly, but without the necessary PDF attached

Where can I find the expiration dates of certification exams in my Accademy profile?

Hi all, I am trying to find the pre-set expiration date of the certification exams I have completed so far. Upon completing also delta exams there was a small box with a sentence saying that "The earliest deadline you may face for any future Delta Exam is July 2023" - does this means that in July 2023 I might have to do another delta exam? Hi, i want to show the cost of late deliveries. This is calculated by multiplying 0,75 euro for each kg which is delivered late. I have the delivered quantities (for all cases) in my table. How can i alter the formula for only late kg's

How Can i connect the purchase side and sales side in a process explorer which will display the P2P-AP process in one side and O2C-AR process in one side AND the explorer should also display the connection between the 2 process flow??

I am working on an intercompany transaction where one subsidiary of the parent in buying material from a vendor which is a subsidiary of the same parent. Hence O2C-AR of the buyer should be synced with the P2P-AP of the vendor.

Hi,I build an action flow which sends a KPIs as csv. The numbers have a format like 12.367 and '.' is the decimal point not thousend seperator. I need the number with 2 decimal places, means 12,36. Formatnumber, parsenumber cuts the number to 12.

Calculate average cost in PQL

HI, I want to calculate average cost for manual tasks using zwo variables, one for average time needed for a manual task (AVG_TIME_PER_MAN_TASK) and one for average cost for manual task per Minute (AVG_COST_PER_MAN_MIN). In the activities table we added a flag "automated" 1/0, if the task ist automated (1) oder manual (0). Now I want to count all the manual task (= e.g. 500'000) and calculate them with the variables ( * AVG_COST_PER_MAN_MIN * AVG_TIME_PER_MAN_TASK.I've made a filter with all manual tasksThen I tried to calculate the whole effort in Minutes with this PQL but it didn't work.The Variable was defined as Textfield with Value and the component is a number field COUNT("_cel_eclaim_activities"."_activity_long") * TO_FLOAT(<%= LABR_DURATION_PER_MANUAL_TASK %>)

Analysis Sheet and those capabilities deprecated? Recent demos do not use them while legacy demos did

Hi. When I take a look at the recent demos I can see that - despite of the certification tracks - they seem to avoid the use of the analysis capabilities. Most of the time, Views are used. What is the intention of this strategy? Actually, I considered the Variant Explorer as extremely useful. The recent demos make no use of it for example. Someone there who can clarify? Thanks in advance!Marco

Hi, i want to build an OLAP-Table with the following columns: VKONT (contract account), BETRH (amount) and FAEDN (net due Date). How can i sum up BETRH in the Table, when there are different results for BETRH and FAEDN for each VKONT? Thanks! Dominik
