Hello Celonis community,I’m building a new view and I need to set-up a line chart with multiple lines. Basically, calculating the same value but for different types and plotting them in differently colored lines.In the analysis set-up I used to duplicate the metric for each type and force filter within the PQL metric for the specific type. Now, with the view set-up we can plot only one line, sicne we cannot add multiple Y-axis.Is there a new way (ex. like the “hue” attribute in seaborn library for python) to do this? Or a tip workaround to be able to do it ?

Hi,is it possible to resend invitation after 14 days of unaccepted invitation, as using “Sharing invitation” task is not working. It is showing message “only user with pending status can be selected” but I selected exactly those users. Would be good if I can resend invitaiton with one click, rather than using blue button “invite new users” and type all emails again..Thanks.
Hi All, I need a filter that filters out all activities where activity “A” is not first. So i only want to see all cases where the correct acitivty sequence is A → B → C → D...
I created an Action Flow for PDF Reporting, but can only select my Analysis. Do you have an idea how to or if it is even possible to get my view(s) automatically into a PDF File.Kind Regards, Max
Hi all, The Celonis module that creates PDF's in Action Flows can't find my View. The Connection seem to work with the App Key that also has the right permissions and the View is also published. I always get the error "Something went wrong while handling the request. Please contact Celonis customer support. Celonis Support ID: e9c4bdad-04c3-49ea-b834-0e2dc618323b" from the 'Analysis' dropdown within the module. Does the Module even work with the new Views (JAB) since the next Parameter I need to fill in is 'Sheets' but the new View doesn't have Sheets, it has Tabs?
I've been experiencing a recurring issue with the sign-in process for both my Bentley and ABB projects. I often get the same error message, and while clearing cookies and history sometimes helps, it doesn’t always solve the problem.Has anyone else encountered this? We've improved filter interactions between Process Adherence Manager and knowledge models. You can now: Create filters in PAM then save them as named filters in your knowledge model. Update filters in PAM that were initially created in PAM before being saved to the knowledge model. For more information, see Filtering the process model.
Hi all,I encountered some problems with the Conformance Checker Sheet in the Analysis.I did model a BPMN model and its rather simple but has some AND parallel arcs as illustrated below.In natural language “A,B,C has to be finished before D starts,but the A->B arc and C can happen independently of each other”.In the Overview I can now see Violations like:A is followed by C B is followed by C C is followed by DAll of which I would consider allowed in the sense of the model. Of course I can manually whitelist all of the violations, but this is rather high maintenance and distributes the single point of truth which should be the model. For me it is about understanding if this is a limitation of the Conformance Checker.Did anyone experienced something similar and solved it?Or is my model wrong?

Hi everyone! I am trying to built a Celonis query where I calculate the median time in a process between the Event “DRAFT” and the Event “FINAL”. I would like to additionally get the median value only for one country (e.g. Norway (NO).I have the following query which seems to work without a country condition:MEDIAN( PU_MEDIAN( DOMAIN_TABLE("ACTIVITY_TABLE."ProcessId"), CALC_THROUGHPUT( FIRST_OCCURRENCE['DRAFT'] TO FIRST_OCCURRENCE['FINAL'], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS( "ACTIVITY_TABLE"."TIMESTAMP", hours ) ) ))Now I have problems adding the country condition which would be found in the column ACTIVITY_TABLE.”country”. We've made some changes to improve your experience of using Process Adherence Manager (PAM). Key changes are: We've renamed Alignment Explorer to Deviating variants so it's easier to understand the purpose of this functionality. We've renamed Breakdown of dimensions to Root cause analysis to align better with wider industry norms. When exploring deviations, you can now view the percentage of cases affected as well as the number of cases affected. You can now apply filters and perform root cause analyses at deviation detail level, reducing the number of clicks required.
You can now schedule the retrying of your data jobs when configuring the connection to your source systems. Data job task within a schedule that fail are retried a number of times based on the policy you define. You can specify a maximum number of attempts for a run and a minimal interval between attempts.For more information about scheduling your data jobs, see: Scheduling the execution of data jobs.
You can now add recipients to your data job alerts, with the Celonis Platform sending email notifications to them whenever a data job runs and meets your configured conditions. Everything I’m doing on my OCPM projects (saving and previewing transformations, publishing, running data jobs, loading data models) is taking an obscene amount of time. I’m talking 2+ hours for something that used to take minutes…Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hello all, I would like to know if it's possible to extract the user adoption data/login history from the Platform Adoption View via Pycelonis 2.0.1 (I have the CSV export feature enabled, btw). I'm trying to navigate to the specific object, but I can't even reach the Admin & Settings panel. Thanks in advance for any help.

We've made some changes to how we parse the SQL for object-centric transformation scripts when you publish them. We'll validate more things when you publish, instead of when you run the transformations, which makes the errors easier to identify and fix or mitigate. Here's what you might see, and how to fix or handle it: We'll now always add parentheses to expressions when we output the transformations. This might mean that an expression now fails to evaluate, or evaluates to a different result. Hello, I have received the data set I want to analyze in several CSV files (due to the row limit of 1 million rows). Now I would like to merge this split CSV data set in Celonis, but I have not found the function to do so. The data set is structured in such a way that CaseID, Activity, Timestamp and other case information are each in one line, as can be seen in the screenshot.
