We’re here to build a community where Celonis users can learn, collaborate, share knowledge, and connect with one another. These Community Guidelines will help you feel confident participating—and set clear expectations for how we engage with each other.
Your participation here is subject to these Guidelines and our Terms of Use.

1. Be respectful
We’re all here to learn and grow. Treat others with kindness and professionalism. Personal attacks, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior won’t be tolerated.
2. Engage with purpose
Ask thoughtful questions, share ideas, and join conversations that interest you. Stay on topic and contribute in a meaningful way.
3. Search first, then post
Before starting a new topic, search the community. Many questions have already been answered.
4. Be patient
If you don’t get an answer right away, give it some time. Avoid posting the same question in multiple places—it makes it harder for others to help.
5. Keep it professional
No NSFW (not safe for work), spam, or offensive material. We’re committed to maintaining a respectful and constructive environment.
6. Share your own content
Feel free to share insights and resources—but make sure they’re yours. If you reference someone else’s work, give credit. No plagiarism.
7. Protect privacy
Don’t post passwords, customer data, or other sensitive information. Everything shared here is public.
8. No selling or self-promotion
The community is a place to learn—not to pitch products or services. Promotional posts will be removed.
