Hi all,  I am trying to transform the data from multiple excel files into a single activity table but while I am transforming the timestamp field. it shows the error below:Execution error: ERROR: Column "_EVENTTIME" is of type timestamp but expression is of type varchar When I upload the file I have already indicated the field as DATETIME field Therefore i am not so sure about how this went wrong, appreciate your time and help in advance!

Hi,  I am trying to display the time difference in days on the 2nd column between each task on the 1st column (which is shown in the process flow explorer already) but I would like it in a table format.  So instead of giving me the overall throughput time from process start to end, is it possible to get the days between tasks? This can be seen below: 

We are working on one use case here, we have two systems one is SAP & other is readsoft workflow. when ever an invoices is processed then that invoice will enter into SAP from readsoft means SAP BSEG table consists of the processed invoices and readsoft table consists of both processed and non processed invoices. where in the data model we are taking BSEG table as a case table and joining with readsoft table. when we load the data model we are able to see only processed invoices in the studio but unable to see the non processed invoices from the readsoft table. could anyone you please help us how can we get those non processed invoices into stuido.

I've created an activity table in which I've created a level column that will contain 1 or 2 depending on what I would like to display. In a dashboard, I have made the following tests with no desired results: Created a process explorer sheet and add the activity table to it. Add a filter to the sheet in order to display on the process explorer activities of level 1.Created a new sheet to which I added a process explorer component and added a filter to the component itself. None of above cases worked. Is is possible to filter activities display in a process explorer? Thanks

Hi! I have a large activity table and am confused how to calculate the difference between current line timestamp and prior line timestamp. example: line 2 timestamp - line 1 timestamp, then line 3-line 2, etc through all the steps of the case I can do this in the PQL with a lag function but was advised to look into this from a Celonis calculation. Is there a particular function I should be looking at or a way to do this? While the case explorer, this seems to be done automatically, but I cannot figure a way to do this within a dashboard. Multiple DB schemas with identical table names---Hi Team, we have a customer sharing a single DWH with more than one database schema with us. We need to access all of them sooner or later and they contain tables that all share common names. Celonis refuses to load these, even if we rename the target tables to unique names. Is there any other solution than setting up multiple data connections (which will be impossible to handle) or getting a single view in the source data base? Best and thanksJens

I am trying to update an activity table in an ongoing analysis, I tried to follow this guide https://community.celonis.com/t/how-to-update-the-activity-table-with-a-new-version-of-a-csv-file/3764 But I get the error 403 (same as discussed in the question). I have updated the table once sucessfully but updating a second time yields this error. Is it. a restriction in Celonis that this feature is only available one time per user?

As expected, the client is excited with your findings, presentations and what Celonis can do. The client wants to go to the next step: purchase Celonis and start ramping up.. Is there any material, documentation or other that could be provided as a roadmap to the client to bring them up to speed so they could be adept at using Celonis? I suspect this would include Celonis Academy but what topics for what role? (before the Academy upgrade there was a good list of courses to take per client role but that is no more). thank you.Rob
