I need to create database/model and then insert data into the tables.
I tried to under below options , but it is getting stuck ( attached screenshot)
Data --> Data Pools --> Process Data Models

Can some help me on steps on how to create user defined models in Celonis?

You cannot create a database in Celonis. You should upload a file instead or connect to a source database/application to extract tables. For every connection, a new schema is created automatically.
Once you have the tables in Celonis, you can connect them in a data model.
For more information on how to insert data in Celonis, you could follow the training track 'Get Data into the EMS (celonis.com)'.

When I am trying to create new data pool. The page is getting stuck and doesn't go ahead.
