The standard ratio count does not work because it takes into account the activities and not the cases.I have tried: filter count (which does not work because it counts activity and not the cases)I tried multiple PU_count and PU_count_distinct (also did not work)I have tried case when (activity = "XX") then count (cases) else 0. (But this is not allowed in Celonis)

We have a celonis instance which as established connection with a SAP testing sandbox. I want to know if we build a data model and then the Analysis using this data currently and later want to use the SAP Production instance data for these analysis, then what steps we need repeat. Does it involve lot of changes OR I can simply go and just update the data source URL (Host and port) in the connections. Please help.

Hello everyone,I am currently trying to convert a duration of minutes (integer) into the datetime format (hh:mm). Like this: 60 --> 01:00120 --> 02:00150 --> 02:30 Is this somehow possible within PQL? I looked up a few answers online, but they often include functions that seem to be not supported by PQL.

We are facing an issue in Views in studio where all the changes made in views gets reflected in apps except a single KPI. This KPI displays total order value and uses a variable(named currency) in the package settings which will automatically update KPI based on the input valueEg: if the variable(currency) is given a value 'USD' then in the views the total order value will be updated with respect to USD exchange rate. When the variable is changed in studio under package setting to whatever currency, it gets reflected in the views when we refresh in the studio. Whereas, when we try to publish it the KPI value does not get updated and remains with the old value. Any possible error that could have taken place here or is this some kind of bug?

Hi. When I take a look at the recent demos I can see that - despite of the certification tracks - they seem to avoid the use of the analysis capabilities. Most of the time, Views are used. What is the intention of this strategy? Actually, I considered the Variant Explorer as extremely useful. The recent demos make no use of it for example. Someone there who can clarify? Thanks in advance!Marco

I have tried using PQL transformation but again when I go to process model, mark each file as activity file and then do data load, it is loading multiple file individually. What I can do to combine all this files into one data model and then carry out process mining.

Hi!I would like to store the value of a KPI in view variable. Is it possible?The value of the kpi can be visible in textbox with placeholder. it is ok.But I would like to refer to the value of the KPI on the secondary axis as a target line to be reached. (rule type chart, value attribute) I cannot use Field attribute, because of table structure. chart component & variable yaml code target is stored in augmented attribute, because target is different for each objects. km yaml:it is working in text box, but not working in chart. Many thanks.Sanyi

Exclusive Task Actions Hi all, Does anyone know if it is possible to implement exclusive actions of a created task within a skill? See attached image for a situation I'm currently using. Is it possible to make the actions you select exclusive? Currently, when you open a task in a profile view, you can click both actions, I would like to disable this functionality and only allow for one action to be chosen. Thanks,Maurits
