Purchase to Pay Process

The process flow for Accounts Payable has an activity called Due Date Passed. Does this mean that a vendor invoice is overdue? The reason of my confusion is because the definition provided by Celonis is Thereby Accounting that the invoice is paid on time before the due date passes. This is unclear to me. AP includes the following activities: (1) Vendor Creates Invoice", (2) Scan Invoice , (3) Enter in ERP System, (4) Book Invoice, (5) Clear Invoice (Payment), (6) Due Date Passed. I will really appreciate getting help on this

Change Database connection for a table via Python

Hi Team, I am currently working on auto-assignment of the DBConnection to the table all at once in the front end via the python code. But i am not getting any functions which can help me with that. I am able to connect to the datamodel, fetch the table ,table data and change the table names too. The only thing i am lacking is to change the DBConnection of everytable from python. I could analyze from the data of the table fetched via python that each DBConnection has their own DBConnectionID , but i am unable to change that ID from python. Please let me know if that change is possible, if so, how to do it. Thanks in advance.

[ISSUE] Dashboard Dev - Net Order Value Multiplied

Hello, Good day. For OTC, we want have an OLAP with dimension: _CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES.ACTIVITY_EN and KPI: Net Order Value (VBAP.NETWR_CONVERTED). The issue is that it is not giving the right value, especially when there are SO items that went thru the same activity more than once. For example, we have SO1 and Activity1, this SO has Net Order Value of 1 EUR and went thru the Activity1 3x, so the result of the KPI in the OLAP is 3x Net Order Value (3 EUR). We needed to output the correct Net Order Value (which is 1 EUR).

Connecting a second SAP client

We have one SAP client connected already. Now we want to connect the second one, the same process (O2C). In this other client we have a separate business division, which we want to analyze separately. Current already existing analyses shouldnt be influenced by this new data load. We will probably also want to have some analyses to compare the business divisions, but we will definitely need to be able to easily create analyses separately. Will appreciate any guidance a lot. I will outline below my understanding and will appreciate comments to it. I understand that first of all we need to create the new connection. And from this instruction we only need to perform steps 1 and 6, because the server part is already there and it is not SAP client specific. Then, for the moment, since we have a data load running every night, I will add a filter on the case table (VBAP) to only take data from the first client (MANDT = CLIENTNUMBER). In the grouping field, I am using ROUND_MONTH(EKKO.AEDAT) as legend, but in the chart, it is showing date format as grouping column . How can I change the format to YYYY_MM ?

VLOOKUP similar function in PQL

I need to perform something like the VLOOKUP in PQL. In particular, in my O2C_VBAK table I added a column EDIPartner, that pulls the EDI Partner number (EDPAR.KUNNR) for the concerned VBAK.KUNNR. Now, I want to make a drop down filter in my analysis, so that user can choose different EDI Partners, and I want him to see not only the number, but also the name of that partner. If I just write VBAK.EDIPartner|| - || KNA1.NAME1, then it will take the NAME1 of the VBAK.KUNNR. How do I make it take the NAME1 of the VBAK.EDIPartner?

Calc rework for creators

Hi Celonis Community! I have a question about the ability to calculate the number of repeated actions for some indicator in my situation, I want to count how many refunds are made per document within each document creator field demension - the creator of the document (unchanged during processing) kpi fields 1 column - the number of documents that were returned 1 time 2 column - the number of documents that were returned 2-3 times 3 column - 4-7 returns and so on returns - the number of events Returned by the creator of the document I accomplished this task by making 2 tables. Conformance Checker

Hi Team,We are working with the conformance module in Celonis. I see an error msg popping in all my components saying that Your model contains duplicate activities. Activity A occurs in the model 2 times, Activity B occurs in the model 3 times Please try to create a model without duplicate activities as it may cause severe performance issueIn my reference model, I have used duplicate activities however they are a part of different sequence flows (e.g. two different paths after split using exclusive gateways) and also for some instances the activities can happen again in the sequence flow.Can you help me understand this error msg in detail and how exactly does it affect the performance issues?Thank you in advance!Soham Potdar

Error: Table “EKPO” is not a child of table “EKBE” - Three way match formula - PU_ function

Hi Team, I am trying to use standard Three way match formulas from App store. It is showing the below error message: Pull-Up-Function could not be executed. Table EKPO is not a child of table EKBE. Use a non Pull-Up-Function instead. In the data model, the tables EKPO (case table) and EKBE are joined on the columns MANDT, EBELN & EBELP. Could you please suggest what could be the cause of the issue?

Create your Eventlog from your tables: quick and easy

The Snap team is always trying to improve the user experience of our users and simplify Process Mining in order to allow them to analyse more processes. In the past two weeks the only thing we could think of was: what if we could develop a feature that allowed our users to generate their Event Logs from raw data in an easy and intuitive way? This would eliminate the frustration of our users that they dont know what an event log is and where to find it. For instance, lets have a look on the data coming from a Service Desk Application and how can we generate an Event Log. Most of the times such applications consist of two main tables the Tickets and Ticket changes. Tickets table consists of columns such as: ID, Created at, Updated at, Commented at, User and Category. Tickets changes table consists of columns such as: ID, Status changed at, Assigned at, Deleted at, Department etc. So if we had a feature that would automatically convert these tables into an Event Log then it would l

Scatter Plot | Visualizing more than 2 KPIs

Hi Team,We want to visualize three KPIs corresponding to a particular dimension. We are thinking of achieving this in terms of the horizontal and vertical axis of a scatter plot (2 KPIs) and the third being the bubble size.I wanted to know whether there is a way to increase the size of the bubbles based on additional KPI in Scatter plot (other than the ones specified in horizontal and vertical data series) ? Sorting and changing color in Bridge Chart

Hi Team, Need some help about Bridge Chart. I tried to create a Bridge Chart with Dimension and Sorting as below: CASE WHEN DELIVERIES.RGK_DRRA>0 AND DELIVERIES.RGK_DRRC>0 THEN Late SL WHEN DELIVERIES.RGK_DRRA<-3 AND DELIVERIES.RGK_DRRC<-3 THEN Early SL ELSE Ohters END And the Aggregation is COUNT(DELIVERIES.DELIVERY_ID) But the sorting is not what I want, and the colors are all black. Create a timeseries linechart

I would like to see the workflow of 2 different task tables from SN in Celonis. The Case table and the case_task table. The issue i encounter is that the dimension Roundmonth (case record created) does a auto join for the case and task table (sounds logic). But all i want is a simple "excel"table to track the records. How can i show the trend of 2 different tables based on both their creation date?

Exporting a scroll-able component (chart) to PNG does not show the entire chart

As the title says, exporting a chart that scrolls to PNG only shows the area that is captured within the current window. Is there a way to have the exported PNG show the entire chart? CPM_OLAP_Table_20200902_152303|690x141

Data Permissions - Ideas for 0-to-Many relationships

Dear Community, Im currently working on setting up data permissions on IBC. They work as excpected, but that is somehow a"problem" as well. Heres an example of my data model: grafik835223 5.33 KB The two tables are linked via two columns, a company code and an event id. Additionally, the two tables have a 0-to-many connection, meaning that there can be cases without a connection to the events table, and vice versa. I want to set up data permissions based on the company code. As far as I understand (and validated during testing), data permissions are always AND connected, and the tables are always inner-joined This means, when I set up data permission on column cases.company code, I will not be able to see the events x,y,z, because theres no respective case for them. Vice versa, setting up data permissions on events.company code, the will not be able to see case id 4, because theres no link either. Setting up data permissions on both tables will not lead to any other result du

Rounding week aggregation

Column chart KPI: count of cases that match specific condition

Trying to create a KPI for my column chart, where I would count only those cases for which a specific condition is met. In particular, I want to count the number of SO Items (COUNT_TABLE(VBAP)), which were created via EDI (VBAK.BSARK = DFUE). Tried this statement, but getting an error: CASE WHEN VBAK.BSARK = DFUE THEN COUNT_TABLE(VBAP) ELSE NULL END Error: image77760 4.71 KB Dimension is ROUND_MONTH(VBAK.ERDAT) if that makes the difference. UPDATE: in addition, important that in the end I want to show on the same column chart also the number of SO Items that were created not with EDI. I.e.
