The first part is a little tricky to answer you can get in touch with Celonis through support tickets.

The second part the answer is yes but there are some limitation for the same

1. You must have more than 80 users
2. You have to regularly update the analysis with a CSV file generated by Celonis

If you head to the Celonis marketplace, they have some Power BI options where you will likely need to request access.

I heard that the PowerBI adapter could also be a problem license-wise. Does anyone know more?

On the Celonis Docs more details are provided:

It seems that once you have the installation file via the Celonis Market Place, nothing is in your way to connect Power BI to Celonis.

If you want to extract data from Power BI to Celonis, there is a Action Flow connector for that: Microsoft Power BI (celonis.com)
