I think you just need to take your KPI and convert it to % KPI, then just use normal stacked bar graph described here: https://docs.celonis.com/en/chart.html

The only problem is that constructing such kpi may be challenging

The think is that it is quite challenging to convert the KPI in %, most of all, if we want to make the chart parameter dynamic. So I was wondering if there is a parameter to do a view with a percent view.

But it seems that's not the case.
