Hi all, I want to update the value of a runtime variable with a Button input from a View (JAB) in order to use this runtime variable for a KPI with a PQL Statement inside a knowledge model .But I can't find the runtime variable in the 'update variable' selection of the button. Any Ideas how I can dynamically update the runtime variable value from a View?

Hi,  Even if I published my Studio package with KM, I am receiving an error at Apps: This component has been misconfigured. It can be fixed by people who have access to the Celonis Studio.How can I tackle this issue?

Column and Line ChartHi, In View, there is a feature that you can split the line by column in the graph. I tried to create the same feature in the New View using column and line chart component. But having no luck! Any helps would be helpful!

Hi Celopeers and Celonis team.  I have quite a conundrum that is bothering me quite a bit and I don't know what else to try. I have a case-when kpi that creates a risk category for customers based on a set of parameters. It works perfectly for customer by customer basis. But when I try to do any aggregations by the categories it always shows just one value. In the below image you can see it in action. In one the KUNNR number is the dimension and the Category as the KPI, in the other, the Late payer is as dimension and COUNT(KUNNR) as a KPI.

Hello everyone, Unfortunately I have a field that says something like: “A|B” or also “A|B|C” or "B|C". I don't know in advance how many different combinations there are, but I have predefined categories. Now I want to create a diagram in which I want to display the frequency of the individual elements. If I do something like: Casewhen Table1.Column Like '%A%' then 'A'when Table1.Column Like '%B%' then 'B' etc.end Then it aborts after the first occurrence and does not count the other elements. But I would like to have them all counted in each associated “pot”. Several case when statements in a row do not work, even union does not work in PQL as far as I know. With STRING_SPLIT I can cut after the “|”, but I don't know how I can then aggregate the individual occurrences again. I would also be interested to know how I can count the number of occur

Hi, I want to use the button components to view KPI lists in Number / Percentage in the New View. For example, clicking button 1 will display KPIs in number and clicking button 2 will display KPIs in percentage. I know I can use enhanced variable but I'm not sure how to link them together. Any helps would be helpful!

Hi, I have been trying to build a filter in the new view based on a variable - but couldn't get it to work. Target filter should look like this (and the explicit example below works): FILTER "DEV_CUSTOMER_HIERARCHY"."KUNNR" in ('9000100043','9000100188','2000000007') The variable contains a list of strings, each string enclosed by single quotes, separated by a comma, see below - as I couldnt make it work I tried different versions in respect to start and end of string (with or without parentheses and single quotes) ('9000100043','9000100188','2000000007')'9000100043','9000100188','2000000007'9000100043','9000100188','2000000007 I didn't get any of these filter expressions working: FILTER "DEV_CUSTOMER_HIERARCHY"."KUNNR" in ${path_from_top}FILTER

Hi All, I'm wondering if there is an option to see history of augmented attribute? Let's take a look on below example: If we are changing status (augmented attribute) to "Urgent", we always want to see this case with priority "High", no matter that we will change this status to "In progress" later on. Priority field should works like IN() formula - we want to check if at least once this status was used so the priority can be assigned properly. In addition to that, can we somehow see the history of those changes in simple table? For example three columns - date | user who set the status | status.And I'm not talking about Activity History which seems to not be very customizable and is showing each field as separate change. Many thanks in advance for your help!

Populate variable based on another attribute of selected record (e.g. select material no via drop-down, but populate variable with value of material group of selected material, i.e. another attribute of the selected record) - is this possible?

I have a date/time field, but somehow DAY_OF_WEEK(table.column) with %A as formatting always returns Thursday.To strip the time, I'm using Round_day() which makes 2024-07-03 from a 2024-07-03 21:23:35 timestamp, but returns Thursday, but it should be Wednesday for July 3rd. I can add a extra column from source tables, but prefer an easy PQL formula.PS: I'm using the new view experience. DAY_OF_WEEK ( ROUND_DAY( "eventproperties"."reportdate"))

Hello everyone, I'm facing issues while creating a view. I have a grouped column chart. Now I want to limit the number of displayed bars to 6, but scrolling to the other bars in the time line should be possible. When I use the data setting "Allow scrolling," scrolling works. However, when I set a limit in the data setting, I can't scroll anymore, and the displayed time period is fixed.I hope you understand what I mean. Does anyone have an idea how this could work?

Good day community, We are having issues with the "Carry Filters" option on Analyses. This feature works very randomly: sometimes the option does not appear at all, other times it appears but it doesn't actually carry any filters, and sometimes it works as expected. I am not able to find any documentation on this specific feature, or any option that could allow me to review what is happening. Has anyone experienced something similar? Does anyone have an idea of what could be happening here? Is there a way to configure/review the "carry filters" option to see if modifying it would help it behave as it's supposed to?Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi,  I wanted to implement the open target quantity in celonis. Therefore I used the RUNNING_TOTAL function to add up the quantities as shown in the screenshot. After, I wanted to subtract the RUNNING_TOTAL from the target quantity, the code for this looks like that: "CONTRACT_INFO"."KTMNG" - RUNNING_TOTAL("EKPO"."MENGE") That constantly gives me the following error:  The running aggregation function RUNNING_TOTAL cannot be used together with a dimension function input. Please check that there are no moving aggregations and dimensions used together as function inputs. Even if I try to use e.g. AVG(), SUM(), LAST() in front of "CONTRACT_INFO"."KTMNG" , it's not working. Only if I use RUNNING_TOTAL() in front of "CONTRACT_INFO"."KTMNG" it's working, but obviously this is giving me wrong results. Thank

Hi team, I am working on creating a profile view, for which the identifier in record is required. As DISTINCT and usage of two tables is restricted while creating an identifier, I am using PU_FIRST and using same table and column in target and source.  I am able to make records unique, but I am facing problem when I am adding KPIs for this profile view dimension. It looks like it is showing duplicates. Can someone please let me know why this approach is not right and any alternative solution for the same ?

i find variant explorer very helpful when start to mine a new process. But it seems to be only available in the old analysis component. i wonder why it is not included in the Views ? what is the alternative function in the future roadmap?
