We are trying to automate extracting a weekly report and send it as a csv file via email to recipients. During this process, we found that some of the text specifically the one’s which are not in English gets replaced by some unreadable characters like /, $, *. Is there a way to avoid this?

In the export, can you specify the format of the CSV? If you can set this to ‘UTF-8’, this would likely solve your issue. If this is not possible, you might check if you can use other Action Flow components that have this option.
