I have created a conformance view as part of the analysis for one of the customers. The dates in the x-axis of the conformance view are in ascending order by default.

Can we update the dates to appear in the descending order - so that the latest violations appear first before older ones?

number of cases per their throughput time

hi, I would like to calculate number of cases that have some particular throughput time. I want to divide total number of cases for the cases that happened in less than 4 days and for hose that happened in more than 4 days. I tried to use avg but it calculates for all of the cases and put them all in one column. To be clear: there are cases with status "Closed" that have TT<4, but in the table I have 0 there (in column case count where TT<4)

In the Process Explorer, throughput time other than (Median, Avg, and Trimmed mean) can we get the sum of the time in that group

Hello All, Is there any way to get the sum of the Throughput time other than what is there. For example want to group by with some activities, the throughput only available for the avg, median and mean. If we can get the sum of the same.

Would the new signals appear if the particular signal is resolved manually?

Hi, Would like to know if an action is resolved manually and post that if the new signals come depending upon the logics set? Eg: My Signal ID is A and it is was resolved on the 29th Sep post which there is a new trigger for the same signal ID A so would that come in the Signal Overview list? As I'm unable to see the new triggers for the same signal once resolved manually

My source DB and table name got changed.So where can I replace that ,as again i dont have to replace all names used in analysis.So is their any way i can change all my tables names not manually one by one in analysis.

Impact on Real time connector post migration to S4HANA where these ECC table become views

Dears, I want to know the impact of S4HANA implementation on the real time connector which is based on the logic of table logging mechanism.  Once we migrate o S4HANA the ECC tables will become views and then how will this table logging mechanism work as I understood there is no change on tables in S4HANA for P2P process for example ?  Thanks for your insights.  Regards,Priyanka

Dear ,We have P2P implemented in Celonis, and we are migrating to S4 HANA, and I would like to understand the impact on data model , what happens to the existing tables, EBAN, BSEG, MSEG, EKKO...etc . will the extraction be then done from ACDOCA ?

Also, Is it possible to understand the impact on real time extractor , as it works on log tables, after the migration to S4HANA the current tables will become views, is it wise to implement real time extractor before the migration or after migration.

How to handle null values in celonis.

Null values are coming as - in visualization and olap tables.so how to hide them.I have used isnull and coalsce () ,but it seems not working.So any way to hide or change - for null values.

Filter by dates to display only part of the events, not the full chain

I need a filter that will show only a part of the events that happened in the selected time interval. When I set a period limit, a complete chain of events is displayed for all cases that took place during this period. for example, in the chain (id -date ) 1 - 01.2021, 2 - 04.2021, 3 - 06.2021, if I set the filter to 04.2021, the entire chain will be displayed 1 - 2 - 3, and it is necessary that only 2 be shown

I have crated a basic analysis for my team with only 1 sheet as case explorer. In the case explorer i want to hide few columns and publish the analysis. I don't want to show few columns to the team. Is there any functionality to hide columns in case explorer and publish? Regards,Ashok

How to use 'SAP Demo' connection listed under 'New Data Connection' in Data Pools in Event collection module.

I'm trying to use Celonis provided pre-configured demo application in TryCelonis. During the creation of data pool, it asked to create Data connection. From the list of available connections there is one connection named as 'SAP Demo'. Is this build in connector to connect with demo data related to SAP? When i tired to use this connection, it pre populated connection details like Host, client, systemNumber and user id. In order to complete connection, it need password and i'm not able to find it anywhere in any documentation. I'm not sure it is correct approach and i'm making correction assumption about 'SAP Demo' data connection.I'm trying to setup an environment from demo data without creating actual connector with SAP. Is this possible? if I do not specify data connection, then i'm unable to get 'Data model' object from PyCelonis for the analysis that is using that data model. Any help shall be greatly appreciated.

What is the meaning behind the difference in figures in Variant explorer

The screenshot with the red circles is filtered on Avg throughput time and the screenshot with blue circle is filtered on median throughput time. If you some up the values in the explorer (Example: Red circle image:- 4 + 20 + 13 = 37) it is not equal to the median red circled day of 66.5 . Th difference also exists when I filter on median throughput time. Any suggestions?

How do I calculate the working days between two activities with a work calendar from a non SAP system? Hello community, I am having difficulties calculating the number of working days between two activities. As I do not have SAP connected to Celonis, I want to connect a work calendar using another table. I have added an additional table with the following structure. It is linked to the time stamp of the cases. Now I want to sum up the flags of all days between the two activities. However, I only get the timestamps of the activities from the added table (This means I always get two as a result).  I have assumed that this could be due to the link via the timestamps of the two tables. Does anyone have an idea how I could solve this problem or how I can do the calculation in PQL? Basically, I would be interested to know if it is at all possible to integrate a work calendar with a non SAP system? Unfortunately Celonis only suggests a TFACS table? Which table structure would be advisable? Ma

Fix mistake in data upload with Float number

Hello all, I'm enrolling Celonis Summer School and almost in the end of the analysis I noticed that I made mistake at the beggining while uploading "_APX_WDCRP_CASES.csv. Basically in "event collection" »» "File uploads" »» "Decimal Operator", I didn't change "." to "," and so the program is not recognizing the numbers as decimals.  As I'm having my first steps with Celonis, can anyone let me know if this is possible to fix without need of making the analysis from scratch?? Thank you for your kind.Guilherme Luz
