Count process flow with specified time?

Greetings. I am new in process mining and Celonis, and i'm stucked.We got OLAP Table with data into it, in last column we counting KPI, the question in how we can measure process at the specified time?Example: I got an document that flows through the signing process, and for now this doc is signed, but 2 days before it was on some step (like signing paper copy with partner) and i need my OLAP table to count difference between the start of this signing and today(date) when i filter my Analysis with the other graph.Now, i using the "PROCESS EQUALS 'Signing with Partner' END" to determine state of the process, and it's works fine for documents, that really at this step for TODAY(), but if i filter EVENTTIME in the past - i still can see the KPI's of this doc. How can i get the process state of the case at specified date? Thanks!

Sum distinct values

I want to sum only distinct values. And here´s my problem. I created a variable with the order and the position of the order (CONCAT VKBEL & POS). And now I want to SUM the amount of the order quantity of all variables. But the variable occurs more than once. Is there a function that only sum distinct values? Thanks in advance for any ideas.

remap of activities in the analysis settings does not work

Hello everyone, I have a problem with events that I have excluded via analysis settings. In the script I have mapped activities with NULL as follows: FILTER "CEL_LBU_ACTIVITIES". "ACTIVITY_DE"=REMAP_VALUES("CEL_LBU_ACTIVITIES". "ACTIVITY_DE",['Order Confirmation', NULL],['Order Receipt', NULL],['Message Accepted', NULL], ['Change of Processing Location', NULL]); It has been noticed that this line is not sufficient to completely remove the activities. The Process Explorer, Case Explorer as well as SOURCE()/TARGET() functions still contain these activities. I did not want to change the data in the database and hope that there is a simpler solution to the problem. Maybe someone can tell me how to remove the activities from this analysis. Is there a standard way on automatically trimming down scope if live data connection is in place?

I'm curious as we only have limited consumption in the instance and we're using live data connection. I can think of two approaches: One is to schedule a job which executes full load at a given time but that would be setting it up with certain parameters before scheduling so there is still manual work every now and then. It also involves the source system so I wanted to know if - two, it can be done just within Celonis, is there a script which can be scheduled for execution and checks whether tables have exceeded the set scope (e.g. one year). I understand this might have to be customized for different process blocks but this kind of optimization would be really helpful and I'd like to know if there's already a process/ template being used.

Currently using python code generating dummy event logs. For the process which has loops/cycles it is generating logs but in Celonis the process model is not created as expected.

Is there a way to expand the sub-processes in the explorer view?

Hello, If I have a process that includes macro-activities, which include various activities within them, is it possible to have a view of the macro-process and the sub-process? To better explain , I am attaching an example image, in which you can see that both the Macro-Activities and the Activities are listed in the activity table, and the ideal view that I would like to obtain is on the right. Thanks for your attention and for those who will be able to answer me.

Hi All, I have a date dimension and a related KPI (Using Running_Total). What we'd like to be able to do is to filter the date dimension shown in the component (e.g Last 20 days), but still have the KPI calculation based on the full dataset (ie. ignore the date filter). thanksDavid

Can Action: Open Prefilled email draft send a list of entries?

Hi, We have a skill that aggregates the # of late deliveries, by Vendor. Our skill generates the correct list of 14 signals (deliveries), but we want to have this list included in the pre-filled email draft Action. Currently it seems the available placeholders can refer only to the column (like material, delivery number) but we want to send out the list (which is our signal table) that contains the multiple deliveries - so we would not want to reference just one delivery or one material. Is this possible?

Dear all, Now I want to utilize one of the demos on Trycelonis, which is Procurement(EN).But I have a few questions about it.In terms of the ‘Best in class’ in the dashboard, where does the source data come from? If I want to implement the similar things, do I have to update the data in the backend or it could change automatically to keep this percentage up to date? Which module is used to extract all processes from Celonis landscape

I'm in process of creating an external application that extracts all customer process, analysis defined in the Celonis System. In Celnois, a process/analysis can reside in one of following spaces/moduleStudioProcess AnalyticsProcess RepositoryWhich module i should target to extract processes or i need to extract process/analysis from all modules? To extract process from Process repository I can use REST API.To extract Process analysis from Process Analytics i can use PyCelnois API.But i'm not sure what API is available to extract processes from Studio. Any pointer(s) shall be really appreciated.

Hi team! We've figured out a use case where modeling the target Business Process via BPMN in Celonis may not be enough. We'd also want to: Be able to indicate target throughput times for specific activities while building/uploading Process Model in the Conformance CheckerBe able to run the comparison of the target Process Model against the actual process taking into account indicated throughput time, so that the user doesn't need to enter Targets as constants and build the OLAP table to compare against them using PQL.
