Fix mistake in data upload with Float number

Question

Hello all,

I'm enrolling Celonis Summer School and almost in the end of the analysis I noticed that I made mistake at the beggining while uploading "_APX_WDCRP_CASES.csv.

Basically in "event collection" »» "File uploads" »» "Decimal Operator", I didn't change "." to "," and so the program is not recognizing the numbers as decimals.

As I'm having my first steps with Celonis, can anyone let me know if this is possible to fix without need of making the analysis from scratch??

Hi Guilherme,Not sure which version of Celonis EMS you're using, but I expect it is Snap? Normally you can create a new data model in the event collection by uploading the file again, and just point the analysis towards that new model. It automatically then loads all the values again, as long as the table and column names stay the same. To connect the package where your analysis is in to the new data model, follow these steps (see screenshot below):Go to StudioSelect the 3 dots menu of the package where you analysis is in en go to 'settings'Go to variables and press the butten 'New Variable'. Select here data model. Select your newly created datamodel. If neccessary, you can delete the old data model link. That should do the trick. Good luck!
