Unfortunately there is no easy way to replace the table. You will need to go over all your separate KPI's and views to replace it.

However, keep in mind that to fix this you can use the data model, and provide an alias to the table name in Event Collection.

If you want it easy to replace table names, I personally would recommend Studio, where it will be one search and replace via using the knowledge model and views.

You can give the previous table name as an alias on the Data Model, and yes, reuse all the table names in the analysis
