Hi,

 

Would like to know if an action is resolved manually and post that if the new signals come depending upon the logics set?

 

Eg: My Signal ID is A and it is was resolved on the 29th Sep post which there is a new trigger for the same signal ID A so would that come in the Signal Overview list? As I'm unable to see the new triggers for the same signal once resolved manually

Closed signals will not show up on the Signal Overview list. You will need to de-activate and re-activate the Action Engine Skill to repopulate the Signal Overview list (but it will reload all signals)

Hi Shri,

the easiest way to reset the Signal is by changing the current Signal ID columns (i.e. remove one of the SIgnal ID columns), run the Action Engine Skill, go back to the Signal ID and add the original Signal ID columns (See below). This will reload all the original Signals
