Hi everyone,

Hi everyone, I am trying to calculate Automation Rate at Case Level.Within my dataset, each case have more than one activities. And, any of the activity could be either manual or automated. However, in my calculation, if case does have any manual steps; automation rate should be zero. Do you know how can I calculate it as a KPI?

Concat Date (of type DATETIME) and Time (of Type String)

Hi, I have the followng case, where I need to write the same code but in PQL:some ideas needed, I'm trying to implement this in PQL: "tbl_xxx"."date" + COALESCE(CAST("tbl_xxx"."time" AS TIME),'00:00') AS Date_Time As you see, "tbl_xxx"."date" is of type DATETIME, and "tbl_xxx"."time" is of type STRING.In PQL you have to use || instead of +, which only takes STRING, so the "tbl_xxx"."date" needs to be converted to STRING, but the issue is with "tbl_xxx"."time", because it can be NULL... Any ideas. Thanks

How to properly copy analyses and data models between folders in the on-premises Celonis (v4.7)?

We are experiencing issues where a copy of an analysis or data model, when deleted, also deletes the original asset used to create the copy. It seems the copied object retains a link to the original object. Is there a way to create a copy of one or more objects such that the copy can be manipulated without impacting the original? Whats the best way to handle NULL results in PU-Functions when 0 is needed?

Hello Celopeers, whats the best way to handle NULL results in PU-Functions when I need 0 if no PU results are available? Here a example how I do it today: CASE WHEN ISNULL(PU_SUM(VBAK, VBAP.KWMENG)) = 1 THEN 0 ELSE PU_SUM(VBAK, VBAP.KWMENG) END Is there a way to make it better? BR, Thomas

We would like to have a date range component and save the end date to a variable, based on the date variable have a PQL filter that would refresh the table in a view. I tried to implement it but it is erroring out.

The PQL statement is FILTER ("ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."AUGBL" IS NULL OR "ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."AUGDT" > {d '2024-06-02'}) AND "ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."BUDAT" <= {d '2024-06-02'};The above PQL statement works fine when I hardcode the date. I have created a date variable in a view(Is it possible to default it to the current date?). I want the user to select a date from the date range component, the date variable gets updated from the END date of the Date range and the PQL statement gets executed based on the selected date. But for some reason, it does not work for me. The PQL Statement is FILTER ("ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."AUGBL" IS NULL OR "ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."AUGDT" > {d '<%date_filter%>'}) AND "ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."BUDAT" <= {d '<%date_filter%>'}; The error I get is attached in a screenshot.Any suggestions on fixing this or alternative solutions would be appreciated.

In a tranformation data job, I want to add in table A the last date of the table B.

To join these 2 tables I use the fields "MANDT" and "AUFNR".In the table B, there can be several dates for the same order (AUFNR) and in table A I want to have only the most recent date for the order.So I tried the formula LAST(table.date ORDER BY table.date ASC) but it did not work. Hello good, When I work with a Pandas dataframe with the intention of transforming it to parquet to load it into Celonis, it is necessary to use "use_deprecated_int96_timestamps = True". Otherwise in Celonis the dates are recognized as integer type. However, what alternative is there when we work with Polars instead of Pandas to avoid this problem? Thank you so much

How to capture the last activity of a case when using SOURCE() operator

Hi, I'm working on a case where we're analyzing activity time by users, by leveraging source - target. Looking at the simplified example below, I want to show that John has been working for 1 hr while Paul worked for 4.5 hrs. This works fine, however I'd also like to show the number of activities they have performed in the same table. As John only has one SOURCE activity (Activity 1, as Activity 2 is the last activity of the case and is therefore not connected to a TARGET activity), it appears if he only performed 1 task while Paul performed 2.The intended output is as shown below, with SOURCE(Name) as dimensionIs it possible to adjust the SOURCE config to include Activity 4 in Johns activity count? Or is there any other approach to get this done? Note that the actual throughput time calculation is rather complex (taking various attributes like user activity type into account), so SOURCE/TARGET seems to be the only way to calculate the right duration. Since Custom Extractors are implemented por REST APIs only, what is the best strategy to consume a SOAP web service? I successfully consumed it via a Python request, using an XML body. Is Celoxtractor the only way to upload the data, or is there a more straightforward way to connect to a SOAP WS? Thanks

How to use DateTime_constant (TODAY, MINUTE_NOW, etc.) in the CALC_THROUGHPUT time function?

Hi all, I'm trying to calculate throughput time between and "activity" and "today" timestamps by excluding Sunday. First, I tried it with using DATEDIFF function like that: DATEDIFF (HH, PU_LAST ("cases", "activities"."event_time" ), MINUTE_NOW()) But in this version, I cannot exclude Sunday as you can see. Once I tried to do it with CALC_THROUGHPUT function as below: CALC_THROUGHPUT ( FIRST_OCCURRENCE [ 'Order placed' ] TO CASE_END , REMAP_TIMESTAMPS ( "activities"."event_time" , HOURS, WEEKDAY_CALENDAR ( MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY SATURDAY ) ) ) Now, I can only calculate the time until last event timestamps, not until now since I cannot use any DateTime_constant (TODAY, MINUTE_NOW, etc.) in this formula . Do you have any suggestions/solutions for such cases? Many thanks in advance for the answers :)

Task mining data configuration failures

Task mining data configuration failures I've recently started learning on the Celonis Academy courses and I'm stuck on the Task Mining sandbox.There is an error in the data configuration, it keeps failing:Uploading paquets from my machine seems to go fine:Yet it is impossible to analyse the recorded and uploaded task mining data, I'm guessing because the data configuration failed?It has been over two hours since my test tasks were recorded and uploaded. Does anyone know what is failing here and how to fix this?

How to handle ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000 issue?

I have a table that I am doing an extract of last 1 year. Once the extract is complete, there is 1 column in it (let's say invoice number) that had some activity occurred for it few years back. I am trying to do a second extract of the same table where no date constraint is in effect but using invoice number column values in "Additional Filter" condition.Steps Performed:Extract table data for last 1 year.Create a dummy table to save invoice number column values in it.Create a list parameter to save all those invoice number values in it.Try a second extract of same table without "Enable creation date filter" condition.Use the parameter value in Additional Filter condition (Invoice IN <%=hist_param%>. I am getting an error in the second extract "ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000".Its an on-prem extractor in use. Any help would be appreciated.

Trying to create a status for each case based on a NULL field from the activity table

Hi all One of my use case is to monitor a number of fields being left empty at the sales order creation. In order to keep track of these issues and make sure the root cause are being resolved permanently, I want to create a "status" for each item (in the example below, we are monitoring the Plant field). Status:NOK = plant field is missingOK (fixed) = plant field was changed from NULL to any valueOK = all the other cases it is the second option 'OK (fixed)' that is causing me some headaches and I would appreciate your help. I tried several options but for now, none of them are working. How to use SQL in additional filter to update a date time column?

I have a table were I only want to extract last 20 days of data based on "Update" datetime column. As the parameter option has a fixed start time (default value), I am looking for an option to add a SQL in Filter Statement where it substract 20 days from current date. This is giving error "Error parsing filter:"SQL used in Filter Statement: ColumnName >= TIMESTAMPADD ('day', -20, CURRENT_TIMESTAMP AT TIME ZONE 'US/Eastern')As this is Full load extraction, I am not using "Enable Change Date Filter". I also tried the option of creating parameters and changing value in transformation but that too didn't work.Any help would be appreciated.
