Removal of SAP on-premise extraction (OPE) client for data integration (2024-08-20) We removed the SAP on-premise extraction client from the Celonis Platform Download Portal on 2024-08-20. While any OPE instances that are already in use are unaffected, you now won't be able to set up a new SAP extractor or upgrade any existing SAP extractors. Is there a possibility to integrate data from Elasticsearch(where relevant journey data is present in an index) with Celonis. Also if new data can be pulled via a schedule again if the source is Elasticsearch

Is there a way to extract data from image or PDF and relate it with respect to the document number and We need to visit external URL and provide the document number. Each document will have its attachment which can be in PDF/Image format. We need to extract data from PDF/Image and prepare a table of the details (tabular format output) This table needs to be push to backend data model. Overall, we want to extract data from image/PDF relate with the PO Number/Accounting document number and push this data to backend data model.

Hi,Is there any way for a team admin to extract/gather view statistics for analyses and views?Ideally - event logs with events like object (analysis/view) + timestamp when it was viewed. Also it would be great to have user as well. The goal is to get an objective picture of how often particular objects are used instead of interviewing the users.For example, users say: "We use this report every day!", but you look into the stats and see that this report is open once per week/month. Therefore, maybe smth can be done to improve user experience. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I am trying to calculate Automation Rate at Case Level.Within my dataset, each case have more than one activities. And, any of the activity could be either manual or automated. However, in my calculation, if case does have any manual steps; automation rate should be zero. Do you know how can I calculate it as a KPI?

Hi, I have the followng case, where I need to write the same code but in PQL:some ideas needed, I'm trying to implement this in PQL: "tbl_xxx"."date" + COALESCE(CAST("tbl_xxx"."time" AS TIME),'00:00') AS Date_Time As you see, "tbl_xxx"."date" is of type DATETIME, and "tbl_xxx"."time" is of type STRING.In PQL you have to use || instead of +, which only takes STRING, so the "tbl_xxx"."date" needs to be converted to STRING, but the issue is with "tbl_xxx"."time", because it can be NULL... Any ideas. Thanks

We are experiencing issues where a copy of an analysis or data model, when deleted, also deletes the original asset used to create the copy. It seems the copied object retains a link to the original object. Is there a way to create a copy of one or more objects such that the copy can be manipulated without impacting the original? Thank you in advance for your help and support.

The PQL statement is FILTER ("ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."AUGBL" IS NULL OR "ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."AUGDT" >  {d '2024-06-02'}) AND  "ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."BUDAT" <=  {d '2024-06-02'};The above PQL statement works fine when I hardcode the date. I have created a date variable in a view(Is it possible to default it to the current date?). I want the user to select a date from the date range component, the date variable gets updated from the END date of the Date range and the PQL statement gets executed based on the selected date. But for some reason, it does not work for me. The PQL Statement is FILTER ("ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."AUGBL" IS NULL OR "ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."AUGDT" >  {d '<%date_filter%>'}) AND  "ACDOCA_AP_SUSPENSE"."BUDAT" <=  {d '<%date_filter%>'}; The error I get is attached in a screenshot.Any suggestions on fixing this or alternative solutions would be appreciated.

Hello good, When I work with a Pandas dataframe with the intention of transforming it to parquet to load it into Celonis, it is necessary to use "use_deprecated_int96_timestamps = True". Otherwise in Celonis the dates are recognized as integer type. However, what alternative is there when we work with Polars instead of Pandas to avoid this problem? Thank you so much

Hi, I'm working on a case where we're analyzing activity time by users, by leveraging source - target. Looking at the simplified example below, I want to show that John has been working for 1 hr while Paul worked for 4.5 hrs. This works fine, however I'd also like to show the number of activities they have performed in the same table. As John only has one SOURCE activity (Activity 1, as Activity 2 is the last activity of the case and is therefore not connected to a TARGET activity), it appears if he only performed 1 task while Paul performed 2.The intended output is as shown below, with SOURCE(Name) as dimensionIs it possible to adjust the SOURCE config to include Activity 4

Since Custom Extractors are implemented por REST APIs only, what is the best strategy to consume a SOAP web service? I successfully consumed it via a Python request, using an XML body. Is Celoxtractor the only way to upload the data, or is there a more straightforward way to connect to a SOAP WS? Thanks
