Action flow n to download data "different data models”.

Hi All, I have a quick question and I tried to find out on Celonis help but could not. I am trying to create an action flow which can access different data models to make a consolidated report (we have multiple instances of SAP)SO instead of creating 5 different action flows, I am planning to implement only one. Could you please guide if that is possible and and if yes, how? Thanks!

Dear Experts, I see Celonis introduced process sphere , and can link multiple processes like o2c and p2p. But my doubt is how to you reconcile case id of two different processes , like in p2p case id could be purchase item id and in o2c its sal

Can you please tell me how case id of two different process gets linked like p2p and o2c , will it be material id ? because thats the only thing that looks like case id ?

Which API/objects can I use to create Action Flow modules via Python?

I have a huge table in an analysis that I want to rebuild with a query data module in Action Flows. Obviously, this would require a lot of copy&paste as there is no feature yet to automatically create a query data module from an OLAP table, similar to the feature that exists for creating an Action Engine skill based on an OLAP table. Now, I want to leverage the MLWB for it. With analysis.drafts.components("table").pql_columns I was already able to get all the column names and their respective pql-queries. How can I transfer them to the action flows?

Is it possible to use Range as graph Dimension?

Hello everyone,I would like to make a graph where Dimension is a range.Mock Up: I have got a table with an Object ID, a Gross Value and a numeric Attribute A1.I would like to sum up the Gross Value if A1 is bigger than the Dimension and have a range with step of 5 as my graph dimension. The result would look something like the upper right quadrant of 1/x. I tried creating a variable as range, but PQL gives me the error, that the temporary table is not connected.Thanks in advance!

How do I create a custom label for a tooltip dimension?

Hi All, I'm using the World Map data visualization functionality and created a location: coordinate dimension. However, I'm wanting to relabel that to the state name when the tool tips come up. I see there is an editor option to do that, but I'm unsure of the syntax as I couldn't find any documentation/ examples. Take for example the screen shot attached, the coordinates are '47.751076, -120.740135'. I need to relabel that to "Washington". How would I do that? Thanks in advance!

How to get all activities from different tables displayed on case explorer without eventlog merge on Datamodel?

HI Community, We have a 3 different Activity Tables; One Main Table and 2 Department specific tables.(without an Event Log Merge on DataModel). We could use the MERGE_EVENTLOG function on the Process Explorer but When it comes to Case Explorer, it shows onyl the activities from Default table. Is there a workaround to show all the activities with out eventlog merge? Best Regards,Sooraj

Does anyone has any solution for the error :- 'ROLLBACK: Table 'Case' does not exist'.

Does anyone has any solution for the error :- "ROLLBACK: Table "Case" does not exist". Whenever I am trying to extract the Case table in Celonis, it throws an error with the message "ROLLBACK: Table "Case" does not exist." The most irritating fact was that it was throwing error while inserting the records in EMS, that means it use to extract all the chunks from SF, take hours to do that and at the end it was throwing the error.

Hi, Is there the possibility to display a kpi in two lines? Like for example in an olap table. I've tried putting /n or CHAR(10) but it doesn't work.I'm now displaying values concatenated on the same line, like 3 days - 10 objects. Expected output:3 days10 objects Thanks!

Is it possible to automatically upload file to data pool using Action Flow?

Currently, my client have a list of user IDs that we update weekly and upload manually. I would like to automate this process. We are currently considering these two methods.1. PycelonisCreating a script using the Pycelonis method maybe is a good idea and I found this answer.upload parquet file and refresh data modell automatically (celopeers.com)2. Action FlowI have not looked into this in detail, but I am wondering if it is possible to use a module such as HTTP request to upload a file, for example. I would appreciate any advice you can give me on the above, especially the second one.
