What is the method of linking the dashboard to PDF using ActionFlow other than email?

I know that you can convert dashboards to PDF using Action Flow.Is there any other way to link the PDFs, such as storing them in a designated folder, without having to link them via email?Our company uses MS365, and since it cannot be linked with external applications, we are considering alternatives.Please give me some advice.Thank you.

Hi, maybe someone can help me with my issue. I would like to calculate the standard working time for operation steps based on routing information.This is working so far. PQL is fine: SUM(("AFRU"."GMNGA")*"AFVV"."VGW03"/"PLPO"."BMSCH") Problem now is, that not all plants are using the same standard unit of measurement. ( Days, Hours or Minutes) By checking this unit and changing it to a standard unit (min.) Jumping from a view to the specific case in the ERP system.We have a list with a many cases tb processed cases. We would like to be able to click on a case and jump over into the source system. Any tips on how to achieve this?

The overview is currently in a simple analysis table but we can migrate it to views. The user should be able to jump directly into the case in the SAP ERP by clicking the case in the view. Has anyone done something like this or could you point me at how to tackle this use case? Thanks!

Hi All,

Hi All, I am trying to take my activity table and break it out into different subactivtiies groupings. Basically trying to create a counter calculation by case whenever the activity is 'Start' and have it copy all the way down until the next 'Start' activity or using a sort of lead object to distinguish the beginning of a sub activity. Example:Case Activitiy Counter1 Start 11 Activity 11 Activity 1 1 Activity 11 Start 21 Activity 22 Start 12 Activity 1 I have tried to do this with a variety of formulas, but have been unable to recreate this. I can do this in the backend transformation, but would prefer to see if it can be done within a calc from the front end. Please advise whenever you get a chance. Thanks for reading!

Hi Team,I am trying to create a table in a specific data job before which i have done some calculations using pandas and i want to perform SQL using that table in the datajob.But the tutorial gives the datapool create tables and i am not able to access it in Datajob i need.Is there any way to do this?When i force the data_source_id while creating the table in data pool, it gives an error saying it cannot find that table and source id.Please let me know if there is a way.Thank you

Filtering based on ACTIVITY_LAG does not work

I am trying to screen the cases where we set order block and immediately release without any activities in the middle. The idea is to calcuate how much time we wasted on those cases. To do that: In the activities table, I want to partition along column "Change_to" in such a way: When "Change_from" = 'ZA' (which incdicates release of block)Then look at the immediate preceding rows: if the column "Change_to" = 'ZA' (indicate set block)  Then calculate the datediff between those rows. This is my code: SUM( CASE WHEN ("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."CHANGED_FROM" = 'ZA' AND ACTIVITY_LAG ("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."CHANGED_TO", 1) = 'ZA')  THEN  DATEDIFF ( MI, ACTIVITY_LAG("_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME"),"_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME")END) It seems that the above code just ignore the bolded part in the casewhen statement. Difference between extractor builder and extractor

I do not understand the difference between an extractor builder and an extractor. Are both types of data connections? For example, when making a data connection, should I look for a connector and if there is none, use an extractor, or if there is no extractor either, use the extractor builder?

One line / column / etc. chart for created, completed, open orders

He guys, tl;dr how to: One chart with created & completed & open orders, with slightly different filter (including / excluding activities) Long version I am analyzing order data and I am interested in visualizing both: created and completed orders, on a monthly basis (The cherry on the cake would be a line with the cumulated difference between created and completed orders increasing amount of open orders). It is not a problem for me to build a Column Chart for created and completed orders (separated): Created: Dimension: ROUND_MONTH(PU_FIRST(S2AE_FINAL_V2A_CASES, S2AE_FINAL_V2A.EVENTTIME)) KPI: COUNT_TABLE(S2AE_FINAL_V2A_CASES) Completed: Dimension: ROUND_MONTH(PU_LAST(S2AE_FINAL_V2A_CASES, S2AE_FINAL_V2A.EVENTTIME)) KPI: COUNT_TABLE(S2AE_FINAL_V2A_CASES) Created_and_Completed_Orders.JPG495509 29.1 KB But how can I combine these to charts? I am working in custom connection and facing an issue with the expiration of the tokens necessary for authentication.

Currently, we are able to create custom extraction within the 'extraction builder' using the GET method. However, we are facing an issue with the expiration of the tokens (Authentication) that we provide for establishing connections. Each token expires after one hour. I wanted to inquire if it is possible to associate an endpoint with the POST method, which would allow us to retrieve a token using the username and password, and then pass it to the specific endpoint before execution. Alternatively, is there a way for us to execute from a Celonis Jupyter Python script to obtain the token and pass it as a parameter for extraction into the Celonis data pool?
