Hi, I created a project using the Task Mining Workforce Productivity Quickstart and ran an initial trial to capture data. Everything worked fine. Since the second run to capture data, the error message noted in the question and screenshot appears in the browser console every time an event is supposed to be triggered to be captured by the Chrome extension.This means that events such as element changed are not recorded, even though they should be recorded by configuration.Reinstalling the extension and restarting the project did nothing.

How to push a csv file to data pool as a table in global scope?

I mainly use the training account, but I'm trying to upload a csv file to test on the snap account, but data integration doesn't work. I have to use the quick starter to upload the data. I wonder if there is something I missed.​My account is an administrator and I am registered as a member alone in snap.

i am able to extract the xlsx file, but i am not sure about the next steps on pushing it to celonis database. i am able to do a csv file using standard template by converting it to json. but how to do xlsx file.   

We have implemented a version control mechanism for data transformations using backup_content() function. The newer version of PyCelonis does not seem to support this function. Is there an alternative to this function in the lastest version of PyCelonis? Thank you.

Is it possible to go back continuously one year from the current date in the StartDate parameter. So that only the past year is in the system?

Our company has a 'Blocked Invoices - Action View' built out that includes filter options such as vendor, block reason, etc.  If a business user has 98 vendors, what options are available for saving personal filters such as book marks used in analyses? This business user also needs access to all vendors for visibility and to allow them to back up other team members if they are absent; therefore, a backend filter is not feasible.

Hello together, i am trying to connect Smartsheet with Celonis. I already have a Client ID and Client Secret for Smartsheet but everytime I try to connect both, Celonis/Smartsheets opens a new tab showing an error saying Redirect URI ist missing or wrong. Does anyone know what to fill out in the Developer Settings of Smartsheets in the field APP URL & APP redirect URL ?  I have filled in an APP URL (something like https.//xyz.celonis.cloud/package-manager/ui/studio/ui/assets/xxxyyy-11-123) and an APP redirect URL (https://app.smartsheet.com/b/autorize?form.....) and every other mixture of URLs but nothing seems to work out. I have also reviewed various Celonis / Smartsheet Docs but found no answer until now. Thanks in advance

I am a beginner and doing the process mining course from Celonis academy. I have successfully create a data pool and corresponding data model. It is showing that data model is successfully loaded too but when I try to do analysis, and create a new data model variable, it does not show in the drop downs. How to enable Action flow to execute the skill only if we have records from query data?

Hello togheter,  currenty im trying to set up an action flow which is triggered by new Data in an Action Engine. I read that this can be done via a Skill. The Action Flow starts by using a custom webhook and then quering data from Celonis. For the skill, i first set up an Action Engine Sensor and secondly an "Execute Action Flow" command. Within the Action Engine i filtered the data for the data im looking.  Currently I am facing the problem that if I delete all manual inputs in the 2 commands of the skill the skill seems to trigger the action flow but the custom webhook component within the action flow doesnt receive any data. Based on this if I want to put data into the webhook it will be done manually, which is not the point of the aciton engine.  So my question is: how can i set up all these components that the skill, based on new data in an action engine, only triggers a action flow without trying to provide data to the action flow? Is that possible? Thank you very much!
