Can't use data integration in snap account?

I mainly use the training account, but I'm trying to upload a csv file to test on the snap account, but data integration doesn't work. I have to use the quick starter to upload the data. I wonder if there is something I missed.

celonisMy account is an administrator and I am registered as a member alone in snap.

    Hi Sanghyeok,

     

    I believe there are multiple models when it comes to the snap account most features are not available if you have the basic SNAP account vs the SNAP+ APP / SNAP+ DISCOVERY
