Hi,There is a employee table with 4 columns. The column values are employee first name, last name, age and location. One employee can have multiple records.The first three columns value does not change for any employee. Only the last field value changes. Eg. if a employee have 4 records, then it means first name, last name, age remains the same and the Location only changes. Please refer the attachment. Now the requirement is, if a employee has 4 records, then instead of showing all the 4 records, i have to show only ONE row , with fields such as First Name, last name , Age and the fourth column 'Location' should be a drop down which should show all the 4 different locations. Is this possible? I am not sure how to integrate a drop down inside a OLAP table. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Celopeers, I need to have a ratio of corrected documents to all documents issued in a given period. I don't want the total number of docs to change. Currently I am doing it in several steps: I select issue date range to get the number of documents, I insert this result into an input box (variable) and then I select correction date range. As you imagine the number of issued documents changes due to selection but thanks to the input box I can still refer to the original value stored in the variable in my ratio calculation. I am wondering if there is another possibility. Could I somehow write the result of issue date selection into a variable to replace my input box? The crucial thing it to keep the original number, so it is not affected by all other filters and selections made. I would be grateful for any tips.

I am currently trying to extract a large amount of data (CDHDR, 50+ GB) I am receiving the following error response:"SAP HANA error: cannot allocate enough memory!. SAP DBTech JDBC" The troubleshooting manual tells me to use the partition dropdown in the extraction UI. Unfortunately, applying some of the columns (e.g. Changenr or the primary keys) gives me another error response that distinct values cannot be found in the selected fields.

I am having a really hard time.. a client asked me to update the augmented attribute for the unbilled status from 'In Progress' to 'New'. I created a bulk option, selected all that applied (only realized in app orders) and updated the statuses, but now he is asking me to revert back, I am not sure how I can only selected the orders that I changed. I was trying to create an AF to revert it, but is updating everything. I was thinking on filtering by change date, but is not appearing the date I make the changes... I want to filter byt the action 'Augmented Attribute 'Status' value changed from 'In Progress' to 'New', but I am not sure where is the record. Can anyone give me an idea? I am really frustered right now..

Hi everyone! I am facing a really tough situation. My client asked me to update an augmented attribute that was making the dash to not work well. The update was basically to revert the 'In Progress' statuses to 'New', the problem is that the client realized that this was not a good practice, so he asked me to revert that back, the problem is I am not finding the records for the updates for some of the orders, the activity was registered, but did not track all of them, now I do not know where this information is stored, I already checked the augmented status table, activities table, nothing there, I talked with support and they told me that when we update the status to a default value, the activity is not recorded, they suggested me to update about 2 million orders manually, if there´s any insights on this, It will be much appreciated.

I've gotten stuck with the idea that process mining the Incident process must be very beneficial but as there's not that much information to find on the topic, I wonder if there's any caution here. I can find plenty along with the academy examples for various other processes but none for the incident process. I understand that the figures 'saved' could be harder to calculate vs something like duplicated invoices, but am I barking up the wrong tree or is there potential in it?
