Where can I find table list to use celonis market place template?

Hi all,​I'd like to know where can I find prerequisites to use celoinis template in market place, which SAP table is required to use it, for example.should I need to check all SQLs or data connections to know it or do we have something Excel list to know it?

Calculating case throughput time until first occurence of either one of two activities

Hello everyone!​I have the code below:​AVG(   CALC_THROUGHPUT(    ALL_OCCURRENCE['Process Start'] TO FIRST_OCCURRENCE['Incident assigned to a new operator'],     REMAP_TIMESTAMPS("activity"."SYS_CREATED_ON", SECONDS)   ) / 60 /60  )​which calculates averate throughput time until activity "Incident assigned to a new operator" occurs. I have however changed the data transformation script, so that this activity can now either be "Incident assigned to an operator by service desk" OR "Incident claimed by operator from incident pool"Obviously this change broke my KPI, as what used to be one activity can now be either one of the two. I was hoping it would be possible to pass two strings to FIRST_OCCURRENCE[] (such as FIRST_OCCURRENCE['Activity A','Activity B']), indicating I want to measure time until occurence of either "activity A" or "activity B", similarly to NODE_ALL[] vs NODE[], but unf

Problem with Login History API parameters

Hi, I have created an application, authorised it and created a custom extractor which uses the Login History API to load the login history into a data pool. Unfortunately, this data is very limited and I don't know how to specify the parameters to load a larger period and analyse it afterwards. Is it possible to include a date filter in the endpoint or in the extraction, so that all data since a certain date is loaded?

[PQL]I would like to count firstest date among specific activities.

Hi all,​I have a problem about how to write PQL, please check following conditions and please let me know how to write it.​My process flow like thisProcess start(some activities here)work startwork start of A taskwork start of B taskwork start of C task(some activities here)Process end​and what I concern is #3 workstart, that has some branch and it might be in no particular order and combination is exist, so it might move 3-1 to 3-3 or 3-2 to 3-1, and I would like to get firstest work start time of work start. So I think it might be work if I can filter in specific activity name, then sort the date ascending and select distinct of its value but I don't know how to do it in PQL. Can anybody let me know how to do it?

How to export data model technical document.

Hi Expert,  Does anybody know how to export data model technical document as same as dashboard? I just would like to share how to connecting SAP add-on table to business side but there I don't found any connection export way other than json. (business side don't know tech except SAP so I need something natural language one is better.)  Do we have something way to export data model?

Do errors propagate during extraction?

Hi all - looking to complete an extraction and I am running into a behavior that I'm not sure if it is intended. As you can see, one SS shows successful extraction of tables labeled 800 and up. However, when an earlier tabled primed for extraction fails to run (labeled 100-800), the previously shown passing tables fail. Any ideas on what is going on here?

Data format for multiple coordinates in World Map?

Hello everyone, I am interested in creating a heat map in Celonis to track a KPI with respect to it's coordinates. As below:    Now, obviously, the only way this is useful is if you can track multiple coordinates. So, I use the visual editor, as below, to add a second coordinate:  Upon refreshing, I see an error of "Extraneous input".  My question is simple: What data format does Celonis expect for multiple coordinates? And could you provide an example that would work? ML: How to set PQLFilter to be case insensitive?

Hello, I have an ML script-filter: from pycelonis.pql import pql...query += PQLFilter(query=FILTER TABLE.COLUMN='Test') and need to set it up to that 'test', 'TEST', 'Test' will return the result, but cannot find a way in the documentation to setup/disable case sensitivity. How can I do this???

How to configure Schedule for Delta extraction from SAP P2P with "Trigger-based schedule" option?

Error 400: Comparison operator > does not support comparing column

In more detail, ERROR400: Comparison operator > (greater than) does not support comparing column {"case.table"."hired.full"] of type [DATE] with constant of type [CONST_INT] The issue is that the "CONST_INT" is a DATETIME in the Datajobs so we don't understand this error. We are trying to compare two dates, and this error keeps falling in. Any idea how to solve this problem?
