Hide Years and Months in Date Picker Dear All, I have a table which has date and records only for the Year 2022. I have used a date picker in the analysis. But while using the date picker , I do not want to see all the previous years/months prior to 2022. I understand that if I will not be able to select any date from any previous year/month other than 2022, but is there a way to not show the years and months prior to Jan-2022, while using the date picker. Histogram with a KPI

Hi, i am looking to build a histogram in a view with a KPI which gives a throughput time between 2 activities. I need the frequency of cases on Y axis, and a (automatic) grouping/bucketing of the KPI values on the x axis. I have tried to use the Histogram option in the View, but it seems not to accept KPI's (only data value columns). So i created a Record (attribute) in the activity table with the same formula as the KPI and use that as attribute in Histogram instead. But i get an Error: "Aggregate expressions cannot be nested inside aggregate expressions." Is there any other way of producing the desired result? I can use a normal chart but it will not do the buckting automatically and i don't know how or where to create an extra buckting table. Thanks in advanceHimanshu

Best way to get .xlsx file generated via Pycelonis in ML-Workbench

Hi all, I try to find an easy solution for the following situation:I am triggering an Python script in ML Workbench via Action Flow.This Script is using pycelonis and extracts an OLAP table out of an Analysis. The OLAP table is containing exactly the information, columns etc. how we need the data. My first idea was to create an .xlsx file directly within ML-Workbench from dataframe and get the .xlsx file that is then stored within Jupyter File Browser via another Action Flow module. So far I haven't found a solution to access the files stored on ML-Workbench. Using Celonis Query Data -> CSV Advanced etc. is a total pain because in both modules I have to add all the columns again and do the mapping and all this stuff although the structure itself is already available on Analysis OLAP table level. Another issue is that I wanted to do this within one Action Flow and the Action Flow is not waiting till Python script execution is completed. Current workaround is the use of Sleep modu

Augmented Attributes used in Filters and KPI definitions inside a Knowledge Model.

Hi, I am using Augmented Attributes in a Knowledge Model to build a View App. The A. Attribute is defined to have 4 possible values (dtype string) and it is meant to be updated manually by the end-user in the app to any of those 4 values. It has a Default Value as well for all those cases where the end user did not manually updated the attribute (which happens frequently). The problem comes when I want to use the "VALUE" field stored in the augmented table from the attribute in the Knowledge Model. I want to filter a chart based on the Attribute´s values (again stored in the VALUE field) and also define a KPI with a CASE WHEN logic based again in the value of the attribute. When I do so, it just returns the rows or datapoints where the Attribute was manually updated, filtering out all the rows for which the default value should appear. I have not found a way to include the default value in the PQL queries outputs that I desire, so that I do not get most rows filtered out wh

We already identified process connector, however the specification in Marketplace is not available. Is there a way to download all tables names and columns details that we have in Celonis?

Hi, I need to create a list of all table names and columns in each table that we have in Celonis. I've tried pycelonis, but while I can get the tables the columns list showed as empty when using get_tables(): DataPoolTable(name='LFA1', data_source_id='xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx', columns=[] ,...) I've also tried using sql query: select table_schema, table_name from v_catalog.columnsbut got error: "Not allowed to access schema v_catalog" Is there a way to quickly download such list? Hi Celopeers,Can I put 2 datepickers that will effect 2 different KPI's seperately in the same analysis page? These 2 datepickers should be belong to the same date table column.

I defined variables for the dates in order to operate different KPI's. Match_activities function question - displaying all data when the variable is null

Please improve this code, FILTER MATCH_ACTIVITIES ( "finalResult_0_005"."ACTIVITY" , NODE ['<%=display_code_1%>'] ) = 1; so that when nothing is assigned to the display_code_1 value, it displays all the data. I tried FILTER CASE WHEN '<%=displayCode_1%>' IS NULL THEN 1 ELSE MATCH_ACTIVITIES("Correlation_0_0075_remove_1st"."ACTIVITY", NODE['<%=displayCode_1%>']) END = 1 this code but it did not worked. How I can update a Variable to show KPIs in a View based on user selection?

Hi Folks I have a Knowledge Model with some KPIs and a View displaying it. I want to allow the user to see the value of the KPIs for different periods. To achieve this I´m trying to create a Filter and a Variable. The Filter helps me to filter for some specific conditions to calculate my KPI (see filter statement below) FILTER TO_STRING(ROUND_MONTH(PU_FIRST("JIRA_ISSUES", "_CEL_JIRA_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME", "_CEL_JIRA_ACTIVITIES"."ACTIVITY_DE" = 'Fehlende Ware')), FORMAT('%Y-%m')) = ${monitor_timefilter} The Variable ${monitor_timefiler} is the one that I want to update based on user selection (month of their interest) - > the KPIs should be updated based on user selection. So far I can do this but I need to update the Variable ${monitor_timefilter} manually. Any hints on how to achieve this would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
