I have 1 case table and 3 activity tables in the data model. Its a Multi-event log model. All are connected with SalesOrder#. Case tale is 1:N with all the 3 Activity tables. The problem is, if I enable the ' EventLog AutoMerge' and then if I run the Data Load, I am getting the error as "AUTOMERGE: Stopped traversing join graph at activity table ["ActivityTbl_1"]. Is this activity table associated with the wrong case table?". AUTOMERGE: Stopped traversing join graph at activity table ["ActivityTbl_2"]. Is this activity table associated with the wrong case table? Performing eventlog automerge, but no eventlog can be merged with the target eventlog."  If disable the ' EventLog AutoMerge', then the data load does not throw any error.  Can you please help me 1) To resolve the above issue 2) Is it necessary to enable 'AutoMerge' and if yes, why? Thanks in Advance!

For example, work packages 1 and 2 have not been completed, only work package 3, and I can only find out that the process could not be completed and that work package 3 was before the end of the process. Unfortunately, I do not see that work packages 1 and 2 were not completed at all and are the reason for the cancellation of the process. Is there a way to find out in Celonis exactly which work package is responsible for the process not being completed? So that the example shows me that work packages 1 and 2 are responsible. Thank you very much!

Activity frequency show that tha activity change material occurred once 

Hi,Let's say, i have a Employee table, with 3 fields, Name, EmpID Location. It has 1000 records.Now, the requirement is, i should keep a OLAP table or something that sort of in View and in should have all the values of these 3 fields.Now, after i created the report and send it to Management, they should have the provilage to change any value in the VIew itself and that should go and update in the Celonis Table itself. Is that possible? Eg: Name, EmpID, LocationJohn , 1000, USAPeter , 1001, UKHenry , 1002, UAE. Now, from the View itself, if the client wants to update the Location of USA to 'America' in the front end itself and press okay, then the values should be updated in the view and underlying Table in the EMS. Is this achievable ?

Hi guys, I'm trying to get my head around Celonis Snap. However, I am finding a lot of documentation about it and links to the site. But each of these pages redirects me to the EMS. Are the Celonis Snap documentations outdated? Has there been any changes that should be known? Or is this now built into EMS and you don't have to make an extra Celonis Snap account. What is the current status and why does every Celonis Snap page give me an error?

I would like to create a role that only has the rights to manage the permissions of data pools, without the person being able to edit the data pool itself.I have already implemented the same with the Spaces, where the role can only distribute permissions but cannot see the content of the packages.  Unfortunately, Data Integration does not have the option "Manage Permissions" for a Data Pool separately, while the option "Edit Data Pool" includes the right ton manage permissions. With the "Edit Data Pool" option, the user can also edit the entire data pool. How can we devide the admin right to create data pools and to manage the permissions of a data pool, which needs to be granted to another role?  I look forward for some support. Best regards, Tim

Hello, I'd like to download sql and json files that I exported with the backup_content method. I tried using the copy download link with wget.download() but that downloaded the file into the jupyter environment. Hi Community, I have a tricky situation with a webhook behaviour that I don't understand. I have created an Action Flow starting with a webhook supposed to listen to any sollicitation. First of all, I'd like to say that the way to instruct the Action Flow to use webhook entries a little bit stupid but ok, I did it, creating first the webhook with scheduling type = "Immediately", then published, ran the webhook, sent data under JSON format through API client, got my data received by the webhook, then added the other modules and mapped data received by the webhook into the CSV module (then map under base64 to send attached file in an email sent with a skill). I then ran again the complete action flow, sending data the same way from API client. All worked fine, I received data inside CSV by email. Now I created an actionable view to activate this action flow from a selected line in that view.
