Hello Celonis-Team, As an extension to my suggestion: Click here A full text search over all transformation scripts would be very helpful. This way you can quickly find out in which scripts a certain table, field etc. is used. Thank you Thomas
Hello Celonis-Team, In order to optimize the data jobs and to increase the speed, I try to select only needed table columns und filter table extraction to only needed data sets. Unfortunately, this is not easy because it is hard to figure out which columns are needed where. Therefore, the following proposal: Implement a Where-Use List. This should show which tables and columns are used in which filter and in which transformation, e.g. a indicator in the Extraction Table Configuration (per table, per column)By clicking you can see in which transformations the table or column is used. where_used986443 22.6 KB Also, it would be very helpful to see the execution time per task and step in the job log as list column. At the moment I have to open the tasks and steps one by one and calculate the times manually. execution_time1630511 21.7 KB Thank you Thomas
Is there an inbuilt process connector available in IBC for Success Factor- a Human Capital Management system
Hello, It would be great if the current view of an analysis could be exported to PDF. Different options for the required sheetsOption for an extra page that shows all filters & values in detail. pdf958374 28.1 KB
Dear Celonis, not sure if such a feature request already exists. If yes, then please ignore. Otherwise - it would be great to have a built in possibility for versioning, especially for data jobs, but actually for the whole instance. Or in general test/production environment concept. thanks Masha
Hello, in our analysis we have a lot of sheets. On every sheet is the same navigation pane (various components like button, dropdown and so on) At the moment, we have to maintain/edit the navigation pane on every sheet. Better solution 1: Select all components of the navigation pane and set a new option Grouping. After grouping the components to one big component set to new option "show on every sheet. Better solution 2: New sheet-type Background sheet. All components on the background sheet are visible on all sheets who have assigned the background sheet. Kind regards Thomas
With a button action it is possible to show a message box. This should also be possible as a configurable right click action. So we can provide users with help on KPIs and keep the design clean (no buttons) right_click968443 33 KB
Hello Celonis team, In IBC Process Analytics, Is it possible to hide or unhide an analysis or even entire workspace ? Over time with continues development of analyses in IBC, workspace might be crowded, and Its getting more and more difficult to the right one to continue work with. Also, sometimes when an analyst present some analysis to the audience, she or he may not want to show all of the analyses to avoid confusion etc. So, is it possible for analyst and admin to hide and unhide analysis/workspace based on proper authorizations? Thanks, Denny
Hi Celonis Team, I was wondering if Celonis is planning to prodive the Uplink connectors (JDBC, SAP, etc.) as Docker Containers in the future. To be honest, the current architectur (1 Service for each instance and type) of those connectors is complex (especially, if youre running multiple instances) and the the need for virtual/physical hardware is just a lot of overhead for a middleware. The benefits would be Limited development overhead for building the containersEasier maintainability and scalability on the customer side for multiple connectorsNo side effects and version conflicts with different Java VersionsAlmost no installation overhead for existing docker landscapesEasier upgrades, just replace the image and keep configuration Thank you for your Feedback and best regards Max
Hi everyone, currently in the Data Service Link for an OLAP-table you enter the column used for the hyperlink via a local variable <%=colX%> with X = the respective column number. Sadly this is messed up very fast if a user hides/unhides certain columns or changes the order via the small eye-icon of the table. From my point of view, it would make more sense to provide the name of the column as the local variable so the position of the column and if its hided/unhided doesnt matter any longer. Additionally at the moment the icon for the link is always after the entry of the first column, even though your local variable is in a different column. If the entry in the first column exceeds the width of the column, you are not able to click the icon for the hyperlink as it is cut as well. Thus the icon should not be related to the length of the entry in the column. Best regards, David
