Celonis Virtual Peer-to-Peer Matchmaking program - My Experience

What’s the Program about?The Virtual Peer-to-Peer Matchmaking pilot from the Celonis Community connects practitioners for tailored, one-on-one conversations to exchange best practices, troubleshoot process challenges, and build meaningful peer relationships. My Participation and Process Match: I participated in this pilot program by registering my interest to find a “Process Match” from Celonis' global expert network. Celonis identified a match from Denmark, a senior process intelligence practitioner from an industrial manufacturing background. We exchanged backgrounds and current areas of focus in process mining, fostering a connection grounded in relevant domain knowledge. Interaction Highlights Our discussion covered the latest Celonis capabilities and their practical implications for improving business processes. We specifically delved into the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, sharing challenges, improvement levers, and measurement approaches. The conversation provided valuable

4th HR Community Meeting hosted by our DACH customer Deutsche Bahn

On July 8th we held the 4th Celonis HR Community hosted by our DACH customer Deutsche Bahn in Frankfurt: 20 customers from 10 different accounts (e.g. Schwarz, DB, DHL, Zeiss, Telekom, Enervie, Knauf) 3 deep dive breakout sessions 2 customer impulses from Pablo Wirth, Deutsche Bahn and Max Schmidt, DHLIn total the Celonis HR Community includes now more than 80 managers and experts from over 20 companies, it continues to grow and is establishing itself as a strong user group. Next meeting: Celosphere November 4-5 in Munich.Special shoutout to Philip Weuste, Panajotis Sirtmatsis and Moritz Pietig for leading the event and continuously driving the community.
