Hello Celonis Community Team,

I’m reaching out regarding an important update I need on my Celonis profile. I would like to swap my first and last name – currently, they are displayed in reverse order.

Despite emailing support three times over the past few weeks, I haven’t received any response. This update is crucial for my certifications and professional visibility. I kindly request your assistance in getting this corrected at the earliest.

Please let me know if any additional information is required from my end. I appreciate your help and look forward to a quick resolution.

Quick question to help us get this sorted - are you referring to your Celonis Community profile, or a different one like the Academy? Once we know for sure, we can point you in the right direction. Thank you! 


I am referring to  academy pls get me fixed this as soon as possible no one is responding i have emailed so many times to academy@celonis.com
