Hi, Does Celonis have best practices on how to automate the deletion of old day (say data older than 1 year)? I understand that I can write my custom scripts with delete statements and execute them. However, given the underlying data model (that also has relationships) and timestamp definitions in each table, is there a way to leverage that and easily automate deletion of old data (ex : older than a year)? Thanks,Bhasker

Hello,  I'm attempting to create a data connection via .xlsx file on my computer. I created a space and then made the data pool connection alias. However, once i select "Connect to Data Source" and successfully connect my data, it does not proceed to make the connection.  Can you please help and or instruct me on the correct method to complete the next steps? (See images below)  Once I selected Esc, the remains equivalent to image one, any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!!

Hello all, I have tried to manipulate the timestamp in SQL, which worked on our Oracle server, but seems to have no effect on the back end in EMS. I suspect there is some kind of time zone problem? In the analysis I've a kpi related to a 90th quantile that displays a value = 19.01, some filters are applied. Without any filter, the value is 19.49. Since I need to compare every instance in a table with that value, I stored it in a static value variable, that for some reasons shows the value 18.70. Another strange thing is that if I enter the code editor of the variable, the value displayed is 19.49, so coherent with the not filtered one in the analysis. Why it show me 18.70 outside the editor? And how I can apply the same filters on the variable in order to show the correct value of 19.01? (using case when condition met then compute quantile does not work, since there is the aggregation function error). Thanks! 

Hi everyone,  I am having troubles with variables in Views - both view variables and runtime.I want to set a target days and on change the value to be written to both ${target_ct_days} and ${{target_ct_days_runtime}} so that when I change target days, the bar chart to change simultaneously together with any KPIs which use the runtime variable.  This is the YAML code for the input box. -If I have only ${target_ct_days} to be changed, the graphs are being changed accordingly. -But if I have both variables, graphs do not change, only the runtime variable:  type: input-boxsettings:  styles:    position:      horizontal: full      vertical: top  name: ""  value: ""  placeholderText: Enter Target CT days  type: number  onChange:    update:      variables:        - name: target_ct_days        - name: target_ct_days_runtime I would be thankful if someone advice me what should I do to update both variables so that graphs and KPIs change simultaneously.  Thank you in advance!

Hello, I am using the Query Data module in an Action Flow. The output of the various date fields appears as below - instead of a regular date format like YYYY-MM-DD. How can I change the output of the column in Query Data?

Dear community members, We encountered a strange case where in SAP ECC in table MSEG we have a document with ‘PC’ as unit of measure (field MEINS) while after importing the data in Celonis we have ‘ST’ as unit of measure (see the attached images). Have you any similar issues? I wanted to build an automated report tracking the number of logins / usage in celonis. How to do that? I know log gets created for all the activites in celonis. But I wanted to build the report out of that. Is it possible to do that in celonis.
