Hi, I just want to confirm from where our clients log in when they view their dashboards? Do they register for C4C or from where to they log in?

If you want to enable users to view dashboards in a C4C environment, you should add them as users to the environment via the admin settings: see How to invite single or multiple new users (celonis.com).

Note, if they are external users (using different mail addresses than of your consulting company), you should have a (paid) C4C+ executive environment.

Thank you. They have been invited and we have a C4C+ execution environment. I was just wondering if they have to go back to the invitation email every time that they open the dashboards?

That is not necessary, they can save the URL to the asset to their favorites, and log-in using their Celonis-ID credentials.
