I created an action flow converting celonis data into a CSV file.

I created an action flow converting celonis data into a CSV file.  By using the Material no. column the action flow is converting this column not in right format. --> Material no. is displayed in the wrong way.The material numbers are starting with a 0.  This is how the CSV file looks like. How can I fix this issue?

Our company has a 'Blocked Invoices - Action View' built out that includes filter options such as vendor, block reason, etc.

Our company has a 'Blocked Invoices - Action View' built out that includes filter options such as vendor, block reason, etc.  If a business user has 98 vendors, what options are available for saving personal filters such as book marks used in analyses? This business user also needs access to all vendors for visibility and to allow them to back up other team members if they are absent; therefore, a backend filter is not feasible.

Datamodel access via PyCelonis 2.0.0

I have a question regarding PyCelonis 2.0.0. It looks like any means to access data (from a datamodel) and use it with a data frame were removed from the package. Is my assumption correct? If so, how would you implement something like an "invoice duplication" app with Python in the ML Workbench if it is impossible to get the data? Thanks

How to connect Smartsheets with Celonis?

Hello together, i am trying to connect Smartsheet with Celonis. I already have a Client ID and Client Secret for Smartsheet but everytime I try to connect both, Celonis/Smartsheets opens a new tab showing an error saying Redirect URI ist missing or wrong. Does anyone know what to fill out in the Developer Settings of Smartsheets in the field APP URL & APP redirect URL ?  I have filled in an APP URL (something like https.//xyz.celonis.cloud/package-manager/ui/studio/ui/assets/xxxyyy-11-123) and an APP redirect URL (https://app.smartsheet.com/b/autorize?form.....) and every other mixture of URLs but nothing seems to work out. I have also reviewed various Celonis / Smartsheet Docs but found no answer until now. Thanks in advance

I have successfully loaded a data model but when I create a space and try to do the analysis- the data model does not show in the list of drop downs at the 'create new data variable'

I am a beginner and doing the process mining course from Celonis academy. I have successfully create a data pool and corresponding data model. It is showing that data model is successfully loaded too but when I try to do analysis, and create a new data model variable, it does not show in the drop downs. Version control best practice

Dear all, I started new DCP project from this month. I installed Process connector and Analyses from App store then modified some of Vertica SQL in transformation, and PQL in the analysis. After some changes, I found that I am not confident which code I modified. Referring to SAP ABAP or Java or some other languages, we normally can use version control tools, like Git, Subversion, that can manage who and when code is committed, which part of code was changed (before/after). In Celonis Project how to manage source code version ? Do you have your best practices ? Best regards, Kazuhiko

Execute an Action Flow automatically with a Skill triggered by new data within in Action Engine

Hello togheter,  currenty im trying to set up an action flow which is triggered by new Data in an Action Engine. I read that this can be done via a Skill. The Action Flow starts by using a custom webhook and then quering data from Celonis. For the skill, i first set up an Action Engine Sensor and secondly an "Execute Action Flow" command. Within the Action Engine i filtered the data for the data im looking.  Currently I am facing the problem that if I delete all manual inputs in the 2 commands of the skill the skill seems to trigger the action flow but the custom webhook component within the action flow doesnt receive any data. Based on this if I want to put data into the webhook it will be done manually, which is not the point of the aciton engine.  So my question is: how can i set up all these components that the skill, based on new data in an action engine, only triggers a action flow without trying to provide data to the action flow? Is that possible? Thank you very much!

How to change color in Chart based on category in Celonis Views?

How to change color in Chart based on category in Celonis Views? I wanted to understand if it is possible to change color in Chart (Celonis Views) based on category, this is what I am looking for In the following image let's consider activities as the category, my requirement is that all category should be displayed the same color, i.e. Format Book should be yellow in both the cases, Edit draft should be orange, etc. Change in Y axis should not change the color scheme  I can achieve this in a KPI , by using the Custom Object option, however is there something similar for Charts or any alternative solution for the same ?

Error in the eventtime of the activity table after copying data between teams using pycelonis

Hi, all.I've followed all the steps to copy (pull+push) data between two teams that are detailed in the documentation in pycelonis: https://celonis.github.io/pycelonis/1.7.6/tutorials/api_tutorial The transfer of data is ok but when I process the data model in the target team I get the next error: The load failed: Load failed. Error Message: Timestamp column ["_CEL_SF_CASE_ACTIVITIES"."EVENTTIME"] of activity table ["_CEL_SF_CASE_ACTIVITIES"] must be of type DATE, but got [INT]. It seems that the "push" loads the eventtime data as INT type instead of date time type.An example: the time stamp 15/11/2022 12:02:00 of the source tabla is loaded as 1668681300000000 in the target table. I've checked the source data when extracted in the pandas dataframe before uploading it ot the target table and it's OK.I've checked the data once loaded and it's NOT OK. Any help?? Thanks!

Pivot Table Columns Order Changeable?Hello fellow Celopeers,I was wondering if there is any function to change the order of the columns in a Pivot Table.

I've looked in the documentation library but it didn't show me the options I'm looking for. I found the option underneath the 'Configure' button which allows me to change the ascending or descending order.  If anyone knows more please let me know :) Else I'll make it work with the descending order changes. Thanks in advance for your time. 😀
