Variables - central repository across Action Flows

Hi, Is there a way I can have a central repository of variable that can be used across Action Flows? Ex : I may have a variable with a 'Client ID' - I'd like the same client id to be used across multiple packages/Action Flows.  How can I achieve this? I see there options within an Action Flow to 'Set Variable' -but that is just for that specific Action Flow - and not something that can be shared with other Action Flows. Thanks,Bhasker

'If' condition not working in Action Flow

Hi, In the Set Variable module in my Action Flow, the 'If' expression below evaluates to 'A' whereas it should evaluate to 'B'. Where am I going wrong? if(1=2; A; B)  Thanks !Bhasker

Hi Team, Could you please let me know how we can get the list of Whitelisted Violations that have been done in Conformance? Just like we have a function READABLE ( conformance_query ) where we can get the text of Violation, similarly we are looking for some function so that we can identify which one of them are whitelisted and which one is not.

More flexible way to develop multiple event logs that share activities?

The current way of developing transformations in Celonis for event logs is to do this per case key. The event log for PO headers has transformations with the po_header_id as case key. The event log for requisitions has it’s own transformations with the requisition header id as case_key and the event log for AP invoices has it’s own transformations with the invoice id as case key. All these three event logs share multiple activities. We would like to make this more flexible and easier to maintain. The main purpose is to have the complex joins only at a single place and to have the definition of the activities also at a single place to avoid having to maintain the different SQL statements in the transformations. The way we are thinking to set it up is to create 1 single activities table and this contains the usual columns like activity name, eventtime and user name, but not the case key any longer. Instead it has multiple columns for the different object id’s that will be populated depen

Is there a role to restrict the user to grant only access to dashboards

We would like to have a separate user group/role in EMS to just grant access to dashboards in EMS. Currently, admin access has full access but we would like to restrict service desk team to only grant access to dashboards and not do any development.

Action flow doesn't sum amounts correctly - how to fix?

Configured the action flow to send an email where it would summarise at the top the total amounts and below it will be the details in a table format. The table format displays everything correctly, however the sum at the top omits when the table has duplicate values and so is incorrect.

A dashboard-button to automatically filter for the last 7 days or the last full week.

Hi All, I'd like to add a button to my sheet that allows the user to automatically filter for the last 7 days, and a separate button that allows the user to filter for the last full week. Bookmark selection doesn't seem to work, since the bookmarks are static. Thanks!

How to implement conformance checker with own process flow

Hello,We have lack of knowladge . We would like to load a process flow like this.Lets assume we have process Flow like that A-> B-> B->C-B->B-> D->B->B->EWhen we do conformance I would like to use A->ANY To ANY -> C Any to Any ->D Any to Any->EI mean Any activity between A->C could be exits. We tried this solution but unfortunately, it didn't work as expected. Histogram with Aggregations

Hi, we want to showa histogram which shows days a particular case takes to get resovled(Days Spent), instead of the actual start and end timestamps. So in this sample data set assume we have sveral cases of each type between the start and end timestamps, which would show up as counts in the histogram. How to achieve this. Hi all,

Hi all, I have a basic question regarding activity table column configuration. We have the luxury of having start AND end datetimes for each activity. I remember this was possible at some point to specify the date columns as such with the effect that for each activity the duration was calculated and shown in the process explorer (performance view).  Is this still possible, and if so, how? Thank you!

Open invoice aging trend over time in a line chart

Hi celopeers, I am trying to build out a trend chart that plots the open invoice aging over time. In terms of dimensions I have the following: x axis - ROUND_MONTH(INVOICE CREATION DATE)y axis - AVG(TODAY - CREATION DATE) for open invoices only The issue I'm running into is that since KPI is tied to creation date and today's date produces a strictly negatively sloped trend as shown below, which makes sense in practice (beacuse both axes are tied to creation date), but not exactly what I'm looking for.  What I need to show is the change in trend by month, but that will require detaching the KPI calculation from the creation date, sort of like a snapshot of the KPI at the end of each month, kind of like transformation center did it before. Has anyone successfully accomplished that before? If so - how did you do that? Thanks!Eugene

How to calculate the throughput time also for negative values (activities in different order)?

Is there a way to calculate the throughput time also for negative values (activites in different order) than start -> end in "throughput time search" visualization?Like also having end -> start included in the same visualization, if there are variants that follow different order of activities.The default of "throughput time search" is to only show variants that follow the defined order.My work-around was to create custom datetime columns for the two activities in the case table, and then just use datediff calculation between two columns. But it seems rather clumsy way, and also binning is required to make it look nice..Thank you for comments
