how can we push the OLAP from one instance to another instance without having to replicate the logic written on the back of the olap in action flow.

Your question is not very clear to me, hence I will try to answer both possibilities

1. You want to move OLAP from one analysis to another, as long as this is the same environment you can do a copy and past of the component and the olap should move as expected.
2. You want to replicate the OLAP in Action Flow Query Data module, unfortunately there is no direct way to do it for now and you have to create all the columns with formula in the Query Data module.
